an armed militia's occupation of federal land now appears to be coming to an end in oregon, but not before turning deadly. deadly.last night - authorities stopped militia leader ammon bundy and several other members of his group on a state highway.that's when the group got into a shooting with law enforcement, and the spokesman for the militia died. bundy, and at least eightother militia members were arrested. bundy's brother, who was also shot, was one of several people taken to a nearby hospital, where armed authorities stood guard overnight.the father of the bundys says authorities committed cold-blooded murder. the water crisis in flint, michigan. michigan.that town's mayor met today with michigan's governor to discuss a new approach to the disaster. disaster.the n-double-a-c-p on tuesday unveiled a 15-point plan to handle flint's lead- contaminated water.it includes hiring youth in the community to distribute bottles of water to other residents.all of this comes while families line up to get tested for lead in their blood.governor rick snyder has requested federal money to make sure flint residents under the age of 21 all have llg-term health-care in case of potential health effects from the toxic water. new developments today in the boston marathon bombing. bombing.a federal judge has ordered the release of hundreds of documents related to the conviction of dzhokhar tsarnaev.nearly 600 court filings and exhibits will be un-sealed sometime today. tsarnaev was sentenced to death last year for the 20-13 attack that left three people dead and more than 260 injured.
