fall in parts of central iowa. we could start to see some light snow, some flurries, move in. all of that snow you see from davenport to mason city, that snow is really not making it to the ground just yet. farther to the south awinter weather advisory has gone into effect and snow is hit the ground. the winter weather advisory stretches across the entire area. it starts at midnight along i- 380 over to the east, closer to dubuque. it goes until tomorrow . if you do have plans, a lot of the snow is going to spread across the area. there could be slick spots as the widespread snow is expected, three to five inches
