there are new details today involving a shower peeping case at the ununersity of iowa. iowa.this man, 23-year-old robert hightower, is now in jail, facing several charges in connection to that case. case.police say hightower somehow got inside burge residence hall monday night and wandered around on the fifth floor until he found a door that was open.police say he went into the empty room and took a key to the women's bathroom.that's when police say he took off his shoes, and went into a shower stall where he recorded a woman in the next stall showering.she then confronted him and he took off. police found him hiding in another athroom.he's accused

being charged as juveniles. 52-year-old robyn merchant is e in court tomorrow morning on a *federal* charge of providing a firearm to a prohibited person.court documents say merchant bought the semiautomatic rifle for the 17-year-old the day before the shooting. new this afternoon, afternoon,linn county is now one step closer to raising the minimum wage. wage.cbs 2 news reporter stephanie johnson is live in cedar rapids, rapids,where thlinn county board of pervisors just finished talking about the issue.stephanie? hey kelly, i just left the meeting a few moments ago and all of the supervisors agreed, they want to lift the minimum wage. wage.currently the minimum wage is seven dollars andnd twenty cents an hour.but many say that is not enough if you support a family.according to the iowa policy project, most families should earn at least fifteen dollars or more an hour to cover basic needs. supervisors want to raise the minimum wage to ten dollars and ten cents an hour.in the past governor branstad has said he would support a bill

wage, howevevehe has not sese anything come across his desk about it.so some counties are taking the matters into their own hands.linn county is now asking business owners and minimum wage workers how they should go out it. call for it to be raised to 10-10 an hour in 20-17. two o ivate companies say they're done trying to get back into iowa's planned medicaid privatization program. program.wellcare had its contract terminated by the state late last year for unfair bidding practices. wellcare sued the state saying the bidding process was flawed - - a judge rejected that argument from both well care and another company, meridian. all along it denied that it participated in the unfair bidding.wellcare and meridianan now w both say they don't plan any additional appeals. in iowa city, city,leaders are now discussing the city's long term goals.tuesday night the city council put finishing touches on their strategic plan for the future.iowa city's mayor jim throgmorton included the plan in his state of the city address.it has seven priority areas developed by leaders throughout city hall over the past few months. the mayor says the state of iowa city is really strong and healthy, there is an

i'll let you know just how warm the hardacre theater in tipton is now listed on the national gister of in tipton, a theater is listed on the national register of historic places. the national register is the be preserved.it also means the theatre is eligible for certain federal and state historic preservation grants and d tax credits.the hardacre's 100th anniversary celebration and fundraiser is scheduled for april 23rd.and we put a lot more information on it all on cbs two iowa dot com.really a cool place to check out. waking up this morning it was a nice surprise to have the sun peeking through after some cloudy days.but, at least those temperatures have been warming up, it feels pretty mild out now. now.meteorologist rebecca kopelman checks in now with

a group of artists in los angeles are using their talents to welcome backck a group p of artists in los angeles are using their talents to restore neighborhoods in the city one alley at a time. chris martinez shows us this colorful revival. >> it was a mess, absolutely a
