minnesota, where searchers found the remains of an 11-year old boy abducted in 1989. there is grief and support today for jacob wetterling's family but also anger over the fact that a possible suspect was questioned multiple times but never arrested. arrested.cbs 2 news correspondent jamie yuccas reports from saint joseph. joseph. this is the field where investigators found jacob wetterling's remains...people in paynesville, minnesota have driv nearly 27 years. (natsot jacob) "my whole name is jacob wetterling. my favorite food is steak." jacob was last seen on the night of october 22nd, 1989. according to court documents, a masked gunman approached wetterling, his brother and a friend as they rode their bikes home from a convenience store. jacob was abducted, and the two other boys were let go.:32-:36 (sot aaron larson 11/1/1989) "he grabbed jacob and then he told me to run as fast i could into the woods or else he'd shoot."

marks from danny heinrich's car were consistent with those at the crime scene. fbi agents questioned heinrich and searched his home after wetterling's disappearance but never charged him. eventually those systems out to the west converging on the midwest will generate thunderstorms. on the radar tonight those are staying north a bus in parts of minnesota and wisconsin. but i do expect those to state north of bus tonight and most of tomorrow. very slight chance that one or two could sneak into the northern counties tomorrow. tomorrow night as drawn -- strong storm could sneak into our western county moving further to the southeast on wednesday. that is the day when strong storms will be a possibility throughout the west based the rest of eastern iowa. friday the potential -- throughout the rest of eastern iowa. friday the potential of rain almost 2 inches throughout the rest of the week. tomorrow's temperatures vary warm right up there. 90 degrees. two points expected to be back
