just how much damage was caused by cedar river flooding. this is what we know right now - in cedar rapids - 35 buildings inspected yesterday weren't impacted at all.two had some structure problems the could be fixed quickly.ten buildings could take up to a month to repair.inspectors couldn't get into five buildings. in palo, 22 buildings had minor damage. another 13 will take a month of repairs to get up to code. and three inaccessable. linn county emergency management is still compiling damage reports and will send out an updated list. cedar rapids leaders tell cbs 2 news--the city might not get as much federal funding to stimulate the economy because not as much damage was done this year as compared to 2008. in all of cedar rapids and palo - only one building in palo had major damage. damage.emergency management officials say only buildings that had major damage or were destroyed are considered when
