in cedar rapids, bridges are back open after floodwaters went down. days ago, every bridge in cedar rapids except for two were shut down because of delays. this afternoon, the first, second, eighth and 12th avenue bridges are open. at last check, the city's websites of the 16th avenue bridge is still close to. public transit is ready for writers today. cedar rapids transit is running normal routes. all city bu of the streets because of the bridges being closed. the linn county courthouse is back open. some water made its way into the basement of the building and had to be pumped out. the auditor's office is back open at its usual location in the public service center. businesses that used cargill and quaker oats.you can find all the addresses for drop off sites in newbo - the czech village and kingston village - on our website -cbs
