corridor. stephanie johnson is here to tell us more about this big and wet announcement. stephanie. >> jenee, we finally know where this huge waterpark will go. the park will be located near hawkeye downs. crews will break ground for the first of three phases of construction next spring. the park will cover more than 60,000 square feet of space. cedar bayou have a total of 13- 20 rides writing machine, and a lazy river. the ceo and owner of cedar bayou says the park will attract plenty of tourists. and will boost the economy. he also says providing family fun in the area was one of his main motivations to build the park. >> there is nothing indoor around here that is really big. i want something they can enjoy

dangerous galaxy note7 phones might soon get a way to ditch the phone before hopping on a plane. samsung is making it easier to get rid of the phones eye- opening exchange booths at airports around the whole world. officials in the u.s. banned the phones from flights. the samsung phone has been recalled after several reports of overheating and catching fire. that is not the only change taking flight. delta air lines employees will soon be walking up and down aisles in new threads. 60,000 employees will be wearing new uniforms created by a new york fashion designer. delta plans on rolling out the new uniforms early next year. and angry volkswagen owners testified in front of a federal judge claiming that the $10 billion in missions settlement is not enough.
