short-term. indian summer will be back as we get towards the weekend. be patient. it's a minor interruption. 55 degrees out there. most guys are mostly cloudy. the winds are out of the north northwest. that indicates another cold front is coming through and as we go through the rest of the night that colder air will deepen and by tomorrow this is as warm as we look at. temperatures take a good drop here's our current temperatures. while it is still 16 iowa city you can see the cooler air is starting to advance in the western counties. the city is at 45 degrees. 52 in waterloo and oelwein. we will start to feel the cool air coming in. on the leading edge of the front there are showers showing up from extreme southeastern iowa up toward chicago.

stay dry through monday of next week. we have been in a dry pattern for the past week and look like it will be around for several more days. on our satellite there are showers in the southeast but the clouds that were around eastern iowa are showing some signs of breaking up. in the northern counties it will clear and temperatures will be in the 30s by tomorrow morning. here is our predictor. as we go through the night, can see the clouds at midnight are starting to move out of the north. we still have scattered around the rest of the region. by 6:00 in the morning it will have advanced to waterloo. as we go through the morning hours the rest of the clouds moved to the southeast and by afternoon everybody gets into some sunshine. it will be deceiving because the temperatures will be down 10 to 15 degrees from what we saw today. you can see the cool air advancing into the north central

that is the cool air that will be around for the next few days. tomorrow you can see a 3:00 we are at 54 degrees. tomorrow night with cooler skies and light winds will be close to the freezing mark. for friday we are still in the 50s with lots of sunshine. in the west temperatures are in the 60s and if all goes well by the time we get to sunday is a chance we can see 70 degrees. the roads through 6:00 evening there should be no rain in eastern iowa. overall good things coming our way once we get this cool air pushed out of here. clouds will be parting through the rest of the night. colder conditions by morning with 30s in the northwest. the rest of us will be 40 to 45 degrees. for tomorrow clouds in the date will be gone by the afternoon. it will be mostly sunny and

it's troubling. congressman blum actually co-sponsored a bill woman to be fired just for being pregnant. and blum tried to defund planned parenthood, even though women depend on it for critical care, like cancer screenings. i was diagnosed with breast cancer, and i know it was early detection that made a difference. it's not a political issue. it's about caring about all of our people here in this country.
