50s at 9:00. i will tame out the rain for you and let you know how much could be in the rain gauge by tomorrow afternoon coming up in right now - officials across the great plains are searching for this man -- 38-year-old michael vance. recently released from an oklahoma jail - he is suspected of shooting and killing his aunt and uncle and injuring four others - including police officers - while on the run. authorities put out a wanted flyer describing vance - but it also contains a disturbing sentence. he has quote "a medical coit to spread disease."the medical condition was not specified but an oklahoma sheriff's public information officer says it's "a communicable disease that can be transmitted by blood."vance is believed to be carrying an a- k-47 and driving a silver 2007 mitsubishi eclipse. cedar rapids police are starting to worry about an increase in crime - that could lead to guns ending

killing of a 14-year-old girl. girl.robyn merchant pleaded guilty to providing a firearm to a prohibited person. authorities tell fox 28 news she gave a teen a rifle knowing he was using marijuana. marijuana.in february 20-15, a friend of that teen was handling the rifle when it went off.it struck 14-year-old emma redlinger, who later died. three people have now been arrested for breaking into a corridor home - assaulting someone - and the iowa city press citizen reports - that the three suspects broke into a home in north liberty - on the 100 block of sugar creek lane.some property was damaged - other items thrown into a dumpster. dumpster.shaneice snipe - victor curry and lorenzo seals are all now facing charges of felony burglary.all could face up to ten years in prison. an eastern iowa babysitter years in prison.

theft charges this morning. police accuse 18-year-old brianna henry of stealing $100 worth of wal-mart merchandise men abandoning the city to run weeds of a retention pond. henry told police she thought the girl would be able to tell police where she lived. an eastern iowa man says he's guilty of making homemade bombs. back in february - police year-old trevor sat-rom and found ingredients to make pipe bombs and pressure cooker bombs. they also found napalm mix - guns and a flamethrower. the fay-ette county sheriff's office says they took all precautions to gather evidence safely. sat-rom now faces ten years in federal prison. the fay-ette county sheriff's office also arrested a man from cedar rapids - for sexually abusing a 14- year old girl. girl.25-year-old nialllewis lured the girl to multiple

authorities say he used social media - to not only find this victim - but others as well. they say he could face more charges if more victims come forward. donald trump and hillary more charges if more victims come forward. donald trump and hillary clinton are both holding reallilies today in the battle ground state of florida. trump has been campaign willing in the sunshine state for the past 3 days where he continues to call polls that show him behind flawed. is expected to come from early voting and 1.2 million balance lots have been cast. he says that those polls are meant to suppress his support on election day. a new national poll from cnn shows trump trailing by 5 points among likely voters. clinton visit here in cedar rapids on friday. she campaigns with the first lady in north carolina on thursday. there will be more early voting locations open this week
