during a traffic stop want answers and they want to see the dash-cam video. >> this happened november 1st for right now the city of cedar rapids is responding to the request for more transparency and information. stephanie johnson is at the breaking news desk live. the city just told us the video will not be released yet paraguay? >> cedar rapids police say the iowa department of criminal investigation is still investigating the shooting. that is why they are delaying the release. and they say early release of the video could jeopardize the investigation they say the linn county attorney has advised them that certain records should be kept confidential. the pd says they intend to release video footage of the incident when advised to do so by the county attorney. since that shooting, the family of mitchell has been demanding

they will gather at city hall at 4:00 this afternoon. that is for the demonstration. one-woman's recorded incident inspired by her concern for the shooting of jerime mitchell, is making its way around the internet. it has gone viral. melissa kelly posted a video on facebook criticizing the police officers for wearing black bands over their badges. those bands honored police officers that were shot and killed earlier this month. the manager says the woman has made customers feel uncomfortable before. >> of course we know that the pig does whatever it once, whether it is streaming live, live streaming or whatever. the only thing that is alive about the police is the way they kill people and get away with it.
