excited about their big purchase. this couple bought wedding rings since weddings are allowed again. they plan to mary at san francisco city hall as soon as they get word. >> we wanted to make sure if the window opens we don't miss out on that while the courts do what they need to complete the process. >> judge vaughn walker overturned proposition 8, the same-sex marriage ban last week. as early as tomorrow, judge walker could let his ruling become law immediately or issue an extended stay, preventing -- preventing gay marriage. attorney general jerry brown filed a motion requesting the gay weddings resume as eric and matt are optimistic the judge will rule in their favor. >> it was a game changer. >> but the uc hastings law professor says there is no way to know how the judge will rule. one factor he must consider is who will be the most harmed if he does or doesn't allow gay weddings to resume.

we now know more about the woman whose sexual harassment claim lead to the resignation of hewlet packard's top executive. jody fisher is a former hp contract worker who earned $5,000 to greet people. she is also an actress. the 51-year-old revealed her identity today in a statement through her attorney, gluer yawl -- gloria allred. this isy video that was -- this is video poked on youtube. she had a brief stent on "age of love" and appeared in a number of steamy low budget movies including" shear passion" and "intimate obsession." mark herd resigned on friday, and not because of sexual harassment allegations, but because hp discovered he falsified expense reports to cover up the dinners he had with fisher. they claim they never had an affair. still, the former hp chief settled for an undisclosed amount of money. in a statement released

through allred, fisher said she was surprised and saddened that mark herd lost his job over this, adding it was never her intention. a livermore mother of three is being held 0* $4.3 million. 42-year-old christine hubbs is accused of having a sexual relationship with two boyses under the age of 15. hubbs is expected to appear tomorrow for her arraignment. she faceses 67 felonies including sexual assault. the mother of one victim said she found a nude picture of hubb's on her son's cell phone and called police. police are on the scene of a double shooting. 2* happened near gear re. officers are questioning a number of suspects, but there is no confirmation of any arrests tonight. police closed off traffic while they canvas the area for evidence. the victims were taken to the hospital. no word on their condition. the bodies of 10 medical

volunteers killed by the taliban are back in the afghan capital of kabul. and tonight we are learning more about the immediate -- medicswho died. tom little survived three warms in afghanistan. thomas graham quit his dental practice to give the of a fan and nepales children care. and wu gave up her practice in england. she was supposed to be married in two weeks. >> if you needed her, she was there. she was somebody you could rely on. yeah, somebody you can rely on. >> a team was ambushed as they returned to kabul from an eye clinic in the remote mountain area. the taliban says the volunteers were killed because they tried to convert save begans to -- afghans to christianity. several organizations here in the bay area provide serviceses there, but now some are having second thoughts.

national park. the search intensified after a double homicide in new mexico. tracy and john escaped from a private minimum security prison in western arizona last week. on wednesday, investigators found the badly burned skeletal remains of an oklahoma couple in a are chaed camper on a remote ranch in eastern new mexico. forensic evidence linked the crime to the escapees and their possible female accomplice. a 14-year-old boy is facing arson chargeses in southern california. the los angeles county sheriff's department says he confessed to accidentally starting a 40-acre wildfire when he was trying to smoke marijuana. two 14-year-old boyses were detained just after the fire threatening 50 homes was brought under control. one boy was released of a the other admited to starting the fire when he dropped a barbecue lighter. he watts trying to light -- he was trying to light a marijuana pipe. this tuesday, mas the one-year disappearance of

campbell. a nonprofit called citizens for the lost society is planning a week of events in the east bay to draw attention to the case and others like it. today the group opened it new headquarters in san leandro. hasanni's foster father says he the boy behind this door of the shoe store where his fiancee worked. >> he is out there and he needs to be found. there are two people who know what happened to him, and they need to tell the truth. >> they will hold a vigil and rally on tuesday and plan to talk about possible developments in the case, the foster parents were arrested, but prosecutors never filed charges citing a lack of evidence. and fly traps are going up in the south bay tomorrow to try to stop an infestation of the oriental fruit fly. they claimed an emergency.

the oriental fruit fly caused millions of dollars in crop damage. the traps will go up on trees and utility poles. they contain bait to lure the male fruit flies and the pesticide to kill them. >> the age of puberty among girls is continuing to drop. by age 8, more than 40% of african-american girls, 30% of hispanics and nearly 20% of white girls show those first signs of puberty. research linked body mass index to an earlier onset of puberty, but they believe a diet high in sugar and fat can be a interest contributor. it is in the study of the journal of pediatrics. they developed a laser backpack that can scan surroundings and create an instant 3-d model. it can make video games nor realistic and games more

>> we are still searching for the sun. it is down now, but we will see a little of it tomorrow. i know our friends at the beaches, they have had nothing but low clouds and fog. a lot of mist and drizzle there today. temperatures in the 50s. as we head out toward the end of our workweek, it looks like temperatures might start to warm up a little bit. we'll get that that in a moment. the east bay cam is showing the low cloudiness is hanging over the city of san francisco right now. temperature wise, here is a look at numbers. 54 in san francisco and half moon bay is at 54 and san jose right now reporting some overcast skies as well at 60 degrees. here is a look at our highlights. we will go with clouds and drizzle near the coast and the bay. look for just slight partial clearing inland. antioch and out toward brentwood, you will see the sunshine. near the coast is where the clouds will sit and drizzle as well. and then as we look out ahead we may warm up a few degrees

as we head into thursday, friday and saturday. lows generally mid to upper 50s as the swath of low clouds and fog continues to push on toward the east bay. this is the low pressure that under cut the bay area and pushed inland. this is where it really advanced toward the delta area overnight and helped to enhance the low clouds and fog and mist and drizzle. we will see this drizzle the next several days. that's when we warm things up. you can see we start off with low clouds and fog and will burn back to just near the coast. we'll keep the drizzle there as well. temperatures 50s coast side and then we will manage mid to upper 70s inland locations. in fact, here is a look at temperatures for you in our selected cities. we will go 74 for san jose. remember, you start off overcast and look are to the clearing. the coast, forget about. it low clouds and fog, mist

and drizzle once again tomorrow. half moon bay, 57. alt further inland though, menlo park, 67 and 72 for redwood city. san francisco, just a cool day for you. expected high, 60. low cloud and fog, 57 degrees. north bay, petaluma, 71. 73 for napa. remember, these temperatures are anywhere from 10 to as much as 15 degrees below where we should be for this time of year. oakland 67. 69 for union city. inland locations, danville 74. brentwood only 80. you should be in the upper 90 had this time of -- the upper 90s this time of year. we will look for watsonville at 64 degrees, hollister 73. my accu-weather seven-day forecast, we will keep it cool monday, tuesday and wednesday. as we head into thursday, friday and saturday, the high pressure will rebound and build in here, and that's when we are looking for a big change in our weather. temperatures returning into the 90s. x looks like next week we will
