tonight on "nightline," natural born killers? they escaped from prison. now they're wanted for the murder of this couple. can they stop this man before thee stops again? >> the wrestler. she made her fortune doing this. and this. and even this. could it be the best preparation ever for the u.s. senate? we hit the campaign trail with linda mcmahon. and into the wild. he has become the first person to ever walk the length of the amazon through all its stinging, slithering, suffocating glory. come along as we follow him where the wild things are.

and good evening. we begin with crime which started off as a three-man prison break in arizona has turned into a multistate man hunt. two people are dead and thores throughout the west are looking for a couple described as a modern day bonnie and clyde. for a couple described as a modern day bonnie and clyde. the latest sighting of the fugitives was in yellowstone national park. >> this morning, manhunt. >> breaking news and a massive manhunt tonight. >> they're considered extremely ha armed and dangerous. >> an escaped killer is caught near yellowstone park. >> among the water fall said, water life, and summer tourists at yellowtone park, officials here continued the search for fugitives connected to a tragic double murder. >> to put an end to this nightmare. >> early this morning, a break in the ten-day-old case when one of the men, tracy province, was caught. >> he was arrested by u.s. marshals. >> he had been spotted on sunday at a local church, singing along unnoticed with the choir. >> u.s. marshals last night set up surveill nls in the yearea o where he was observed. they arrested him without incident. he had a ninety-nine mi millime gun at the time. we still have john mccluskey and ms. welch still on the run. john mccluskey is pectsed to be on the run with casslyn welch. she's his fiance. >> mccluskey and his partner, who helped break them out of jail, consider themselves bonnie and clyde. they joke about it. they have taken the persona this is some type of a movie and joke they're living, but it is not. >> here in yellowstone, the campers we talked to seem to be taking the excitement in stride. >> we could have packed up and gone home, but we're here until tomorrow, we come from minnesota. >> i wasn't too nervous about it. just thinking about yellowstone as a park, it's 2 million acres. there's lots of space they can get lost in, and obviously, i don't thirpg this is the setting they want troobe in. >> the drama began almost two weeks ago, when three convicted felons busted out of this arizona prison. police say welch tossed the men wire cutters so they could slice through the fence. from there, they hijacked a big rig at gun point. they were later seen in phoenix. renwick was recaptured last weekend in colorado. the others remained on the loose. the search for the remaining trio gained urgency after linda and gary haas were found dead in new mexico, burned to death in their trailer. they were identified only after a rancher found their names and phone numbers on their dog's id tags. their truck was found 100 miles away in albuquerque. muclusky's own mirth is now in custody for allegedly giving her son and niece clothing, money, food, and a get away car. >> if your rr out there watching, i come back from jail. they got your mother locked up. she's in her little uniform and handcuffed. you'll never realize how bad you have hurt me and his mother. >> mcclusky is a member of the aryan brotherhood. they're now looking at his past, trying to anticipate his next move. >> the only way they're going to be able to keep going is to keep breaking the law, robbing, breaking into stores, and keep moving. every day is crisis and being in desperate mode. >> the case has captured the nation's attention as the pursuit has spread across the west. >> cops need you to look out for convicted killers and prison escapee s tracy province and jon mccluskey. >> they're be asked by hardened criminals were at a medium-security prison in the first place. mccluskey was spending time for the murder of a police officer, and province for stabbing a man over 51 times in 1993. >> we have violent offenders throughout the prison cystine in medium security. we have 68% violent offenders throughout. >> officials say mccluskey and welch can't run forever. >> in my mind, it's cleary only a matter of time that they eventually will be caught because they're leaving a track record of a lot of handsel and grettal, a lot of crumbs along the way. >> authorities now believe the crumbs may lead them out of yellowstone and one step closer manhunt tonight.
