spill that send a thousand gallons of diesel fuel flowing into the creek. firefighters say a generator on the roof othe at&t building malfunctioned and leaked fuel. the diesel got into the drain and into the creek. the obama administration is set to issue a travel alert for europe. they're not saying, don't go. they are warning travelers to be careful. it comes as counterterrorism officials assess intelligence about poll terrorist attacks aimed at britain, france and germany. more now. >> reporter: the state department is expected to issue a travel alert sunday, advising u.s. citizens to be extremely vigilant in europe. the new guidance is being prompted by strong concerns terrorist teams are zeroing in on targets on the continent.
