at a party at golf course. two others wound up in the hospital. they scoured the scene for evidence at monarch bay golf club in san leandro. somebody opened fire inside the restaurant. nobody has been arrested partly because of potential witnesses who ran away from the chaotic scene. >> the officers reported people fleeing, running away from the building, fleeing at high rates of speed and cars as they left the area. not much left for us when we got there. >> the restaurant's banquet room had been rented for a private event but police say some of the information on the rental application appeared to be incorrect or incomplete. >> fire crews at the golden eagle refinery brought a fire under control. a worker performing maintenance was injured when diesel fuel caught fire. thick black smoke poured from the tank for two and a half

hours. an advisory was issued for people with respiratory problems but there was no shelter in place given. contra costa officials say they were handling the incident themselves. a review the public records shows the public utilities commission rarely finds pg&e fines pg&e for pipeline violations. they have more infractions than anyone else they didn't issue a single fine. they find they account for almost 60% of the violations. san bruno pipeline blast killed eight people. >> an environmental group protested against chevron by demonstrating at each of the oil company's gas stations in san francisco. rain forest action network staged a series of oil spill cleanups. the group accuses of chevron of

delivery unit at kaiser hospital in santa clara gave birth today at 10:10 a.m. the numbers are notable because of today's date. and in indianapolis this baby was also born at 10:10 this morning. it was in he wasn't due until the 20th but he was ten days early. it's a blend of symbolism this popular day to get married. mass weldings took place around the world from seoul south korea. the number of u.s. weddings was about ten times that of the i same weekend last year. number ten is considered symbol of perfection. 10-10 is also a national day of celebration in taiwan. it's also san francisco mayor's 43rd birthday. happy birthday. >> dozens of homeless and supporters are in the process of

looking south, ocean beach a ribbon of fog there. all of it thanks to the winds out of the north-northwest approaching that. i am beginning for some clear sky across most of the bay area overnight. angels have retired for the evening. here is a look at current readings, 83 in livermore, 85 in concord. 63 right now in san francisco. in the north bay, santa rosa, 84 degrees and mountain view right now, checking in with clear skies, 70 degrees. we'll go as clear overnight and a little bit of fog near the coast. a warmer day temperature and fire concerns, yes. fire weather watch is in effect for monday night up through wednesday morning. here is a look at some of the low cloudiness, you suitcase see the northwesterly winds are pushing it to the south. we have may a little bit over night tonight but generally clear sky, it will be mild inland and antioch 60 degrees.

57 overnight for san francisco. here is pretty much the set up for the next several days. high pressure has been with us all weekend but at least monday, tuesday and wednesday will start to build in even more so. that is beginning to allow those offshore winds, winds blowing from land to satisfy the air actually compresses close to the surface where we tend to warm up. even at the kest, temperatures will be close to 70 degrees. in the higher elevations, national weather service has issued a fire weather watch beginning monday, convict p.m. lingering into wednesday morning to 6:00 a.m. the higher elevations above the thousand foot level we're looking for increased north-northeast winds up to 40 miles an hour. very dry fuels out there and also going to mean low relative humidity levels. we'll keep you updated as we get in those offshore wind scenario. for tomorrow, enjoy the day, ally for san jose.
