to buy t-shirts. the police came in to try to control traffic, but they couldn't control the enthusiasm of the crowds, so that was allowed to run free. >> celebrate world series. all over again. >> a crazy crowd. >> it's beautiful. my people right here! they're ready to have a good time. go giants! fear the beard. >> because of the volume of vehicles, we can't move the crowd until they have nothing to yell at. >> reporter: the traffic has been allowed to run free. but take a look at union street at the bar none. the bar none was packed shoulder-to-shoulder, and this is the reaction when the giants clinched the pennant. the place just went crazy. people were yelling for about half an hour. just couldn't get over the fact their giants are now national league pennant winners.

periods of rain, heavier rain expected on sunday, and then we get a little clearing monday afternoon, tuesday, and wednesday. here's the next storm system already starting to push moisture in our direction. very strong area of low pressure. a lot of moisture associated with this. this is what is going to bring us periods of heavy rain, and you can see from the animation, overnight, the rain bands continue to filter in. at it going to be tomorrow morning, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, when the front gets very close to the bay area, and that's when the heavy rain starts to move across the bay area. and will push south, and then some clearing tomorrow night. now, the wind will pick up overnight. a wind advisory is up over the bay area.

and gusts close to 30 to 45 miles-per-hour, mainly in the higher elevation, and the rainfall, north bay, definitely a bull's eye, two to four inches there, and look for maybe a half an inch to an inch and a half. a real soaker headed to the bay area. and the high winter storm warning above the 7500-foot level. very strong winds expected there, and periods of heavy rain. for the bay area tomorrow, temperatures much like today, mid-to-upper 50s. maybe a few mid-to-low 60s. out towards antioch and livermore. definitely count on periods of heavy rain, especially as the front moves through. morgan hills tomorrow, 54. the accuweather seven-day forecast, showers monday morning, and then turn it off for at least a couple of days. wednesday, when the giants may, we're going be okay.
