september to the hospital with overdoses. a woman has been suspected from yemen. and officials say one of the targets was a gay and lesbian jewish congregation. the push in the bay area to keep kids safe on the streets this halloween season. >> alan: good afternoon. there are new calls for tighter controls on events at the cow palace after more than a dozen concertgoers were sent to the hospital, suffering drug and alcohol overdoses. lisa amin gulezian is live at the cow palace. local officials are frustrated the issue is out of their control. >> reporter: alan, that is very true. this is the second time in five months a rave here at the cow palace has ended up with people being rush to the hospital. local and state lawmakers are calling for change.

14,000 people pack the cow palace. the 16 and over rave started at 6:00. by 58. medics and police were called. >> we saw a lot of altered levels of consciousness, a lot of vomiting. >> reporter: 17 people were rush to area hospitals for drug and alcohol-related overdoses. one 16-year-old remains in critical condition. >> attracts a lot more problems. it's usually the young people that are more sensitive to drugs. they don't know how to handle it. >> reporter: warren, who did not want to talk on camera, was there. he shared these pictures with us. he was also at etd in may, another cow pal palace rave for those 16 and over. more than 70 people were arrest thread for drug position, and two people died front an ecstasy overdose. >> we want the cow palace shut down. >> city leaders are fed up about what is happening. they say they have no control

after the suspect and one victim bumped into each other. it is escalated into a fight and then gunfire. police are looking for she shooter, described as man, 20 years old, last season running through a pedestrian tunnel towards the dally city b.a.r.t. station. san francisco police are investigating a murder on russian hill. a woman's body was found around 4:30 this morning after receiving a call to check on the woman's well-being. identity has not been released and investigators are still working to determine how she died. so far there have been no arrests in the case, and no information on the possible suspect. a woman in yemen has been arrested on suspicion of sending two mail bombs found yesterday. the hunt continues for more suspects in the terror plots. and investigators now say one of the targets was a gay and lesbian jewish congregation in

>> alan: san bruno residents who survived the pipeline explosion seven weeks ago are keeping up the pressure on pg&e to move the pipeline out of their neighborhood. the showed solidarity at a meeting where investigate jurors peg -- investigators followed up on the explosion. >> reporter: residents put up a united front, despite written assurances by pg&e earlier this week that the transmission pipeline that exploded last month will be moved, many people wore t-shirts urging the utility to relocate the pipe. >> the neighbors are sticking together and we're going to keep the pressure on until the pipe is gone. >> reporter: this is the second meeting since the pipeline explosion and representatives from pg&e and other agencies came to get updates. >> you're going to see significantly more activity from pg&e blue trucks. we're continuing to patrol and inspect our pipelines on a regular basis and will be increasing that in the winter
