>> alan: a woman missing for six days in the santa cruz mountains has been found alive. her family and freps feared -- friends feared the worst, but today debra collins was can youd -- carried out. she was found along an unmarked trail. collins got lost while hiking alone last week. the didn't have any food but said she survived by drinking water from a cink. -- creek. collins' neighbor went look for her and found her huddled under a downed tree.

>> she had a little plastic bag in her pocket, and she would use that to drink water. didn't eat anything. >> alan: a friend of collins said she injured her ankle while running along a path and tumbled into a ravine. she took shelter under the treatment collins is recovering tonight in the hospital. a wayward sea lion ended up far from home. her name is nau and she end endt a school near coast contra costa county. >> reporter: that marine mammoth -- mammal center has a file on her. on google maps it says it's 90 miles away.

she didn't put on any kind of show today. in fact she didn't move round much at all. the locals were very impressed to see her. >> it's cool. >> reporter: the local now control officers corralled here on the element school campus and then called the marine mammal center in sausolito to get her. while she waited for her rescue crew, the students started rethinking the school mascot, the knights. >> the new knight, our new mascot. >> reporter: aside from the novemberty and the excitement of fining a sea lion miles away from the water, the situation is actually serious. >> she has been treated at our center before. right now just at bit disoriented. we'll take him back to the center. the vet and staff will take a look at him, and from there we'll see what happens. >> reporter: this is his third visit the center. he has been treated and released

so so even san jose will be mild. temperatures right now, 55. 54 for concord. we'll continue with showers overnight. the rain will increase by tomorrow afternoon. behind the system. the wind will pick up. mainly the coastal areas. and looks like this on-again-off-again wet pattern will be with us till next week. it will be mild in the mid-to-upper 40s for the bay area, and this is what we're going through right now. this is the leading edge of a weak system. this moves through tonight. a little break, and then this is the system that's going bring us heavy rain as we head into tomorrow afternoon. nice, cool moisture here, some subtropical moisture, moving in our direction, as it gets closer to us, winds are coming in

behind it. at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, that's when the plume of moisture will start to invade the bay area. rain heavy at times. all the way into the 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 time period overnight through tomorrow evening, and then on the back of the system when the wind will pick up. looking maybe a quarter of an inch to maybe an inch and a half in the north bay. a half to an inch in the east bay locations. higher amounts of rainfall expected in the santa cruz mountain area, and as far as the wind is concerned, that wind advisory beginning tomorrow afternoon, 2:00 until early monday morning, mainly the coastal hills, but the winds out of the south picking up from 25 to 30 miles-per-hour, possible gusts up to 45. so, here's a look at the highs for tomorrow. it is going to be wet, rain, heavy at times, temperatures upper 50s to near 60 degrees. 57 for half moon bay. redwood city, 60.
