saturday between 10:00 and 2:00 on april the 9th but as a result of getting a notice from the state department we had to cancel. >> janelle: passport applicants will be able to get saturday help when the event gets rescheduled. jury deliberations in the barry bonds trial resumes on monday as jurors ended their first day of deliberations yesterday without on a verdict. they did ask to hear read back of testimony. kathy hoskins testified that she saw greg anderson give him an injection before 2002 road trip. jury will have a transcript of that testimony read back to them on monday. jurors also listened again to a recording that hoskins' brother made of anderson talking about injecting bonds with steroids. legal analyst dean johnson may indicate the jury is leaning. >> the common tact for steve

hoskins and kathy hoskins' testimony is evidence that barry bonds was getting injections from greg anderson. that would support one count. if the jury is focusing on that count, they could have heard evidence that could lead to a conviction. >> anderson was released from jail yesterday after refusing to testify against bonds. the contra costa county d.a.'s office has dismissed 15 criminal cases linked to a former drug force commander is accused of teaming up with a private investigator to steal evidence. they filed a case against steven tanabe. he is accused of receiving bribes as a dirty d.u.i. scheme in danville. >> there is a reward for leading

foundation, indoor tanning before age of 35 raises the risk of melanoma by 75%. laurie greenberg had no idea she was putting herself at risk when she starred using tanning beds in the ninth grade. she has been battling melanoma off and on for the last decade. >> she got it because of the tanning beds because of natural sunshine. >> they recently added tanning beds to group one of cancer cause can substances. while the fda is considering stricter regulations on tanning beds they are currently in the same medical category as band-aids. the indoor tanning association maintains the decision should be left up to a teen's parent. they released a statement, if such a law was passed. a 17-year-old could join the military and not be allowed to san sun tan indoors.

trying to get organized but a pretty good cap is what we call it. they didn't get organized to produce any precipitation but impressive nonetheless. how about this past week with the storms on thursday that did produce hail across the north bay. just been a wild and crazy weather week for sure. all of that, high pressure setting up here. here is the low pressure that brought us the stormy weather finally pushing to the east. accu-weather forecast right through today and tomorrow looking pretty good. by sunday evening, a chance for precipitation and very weak storm system, looks like the north bay and few sprinkles on monday. if you are heading up to lake tahoe, no chain controls in effect, highway 50 and 80 looking good. temperatures will be in the 30s and even who's by sunday. so again, not bad at all. how about your forecast for today around the area. again 30s and 40s in the morning

u.c. berkeley police are looking for a man that robbed and sexually assaulted a student yesterday morning. the student says she was walking through campus with a man grabbed her in behind sexually assaulted her and robbed her. police say there have been several attacks recently on campus. >> the suspect description does match from other incidents that happened recently. >> janelle: rapist is described as a white man in his 20, about 5'7" with a thin build. he was wearing blue denim overalls and green sweatshirt. a driver who was caught by one of his red light cameras in
