>> alan: good evening. investigators are looking for a man who broke into a stanford graduate housing apartment and assaulted a sleeping woman. campus police said hasn't in a first-floor unit of the apartment building on comstock circle. the man reportedly entered the sleeping woman's bedroom, and win she awoke and screamed, the man took off. a san francisco giants fan is still in critical condition after being attacked outside dodger stadium two weeks ago. now the dodgers are headed to san francisco, and security is taking precautions for the game. at today's game against the cardinals, giants fans promised to be good sports.

we're live at at&t park with more. >> reporter: there will be uniformed police officers all over this park tomorrow, and security at the park is calling this, zero tolerance enforcement. in addition to these officers they'll see, fans are going to notice something else, tribute to brian stowe. giants fans promise they will be on their best behavior come tomorrow's game against the dodgers. just don't expect them to say anything nice. >> i don't expect that we will have trouble. i think we're a little more civilized than some of the anymore los angeles. >> reporter: that's as close to a compliment a dodger fan well get outside at&t park. this fan was brave enough to wear her blue to this game against the cardinals. it didn't take long for someone to letmer know -- let her know. >> some people are mean. >> for the first game between

the two rival teams since the giant fan was severely beaten after he left dodger stadium. security will be higher than normal. there will be uniformed officers inside and outside the park, on foot, even on motorcycles. security at the ballpark is monitoring social web sites. >> we're going into it with the mindset, zero tolerance, and there's a percentage of people not interested in the game. here for their own objectives. and there's no room for that. >> reporter: brian stowe remains hospitalized and heavily sed -- sedated, and his family launched a web site where the dodger fans are sending well wishes. clearly the rivalry still goes on but giant fans promised

tomorrow it will be in good fun. >> it will still be fine and we would embrace them just like we expect they would. >> reporter: the police aren't saying exactly how much more security will be on hand for the game, just there will be a lot of it, and the giants are dedicating the whole game to brian stowe tomorrow, and everyone is hoping that remains the focus. abc-7 news. >> alan: just trying to keep at it friendly rivalry. the jury will resume deliberations in the perjury trial of former giants slugger barry bonds. jurors ended the first day of deliberations on friday without a verdict. the panel did ask to hear a reedback of testimony from bonds' former personal shopper. she testified she saw his personal trainer, greg anderson, give him an injection before a 2002 road trip, and they listened to a recording of

anderson talking about injecting bonds with steroids. anderson was released from jail for refusing to testify against bonds. a 52-year-old man who disappeared after his boat capsized is now presumed dead. the coast guard searched not midnight last night over several miles of beach but there was no sign of the man except for a life jacket that washed ashore. the missing man and a friend were taking a tug boat from richardson bay when it started taking on water. a crew rescued the other man clinging to a life raft. the coast guard is asking boaters to avoid going to sea during the next 2000 -- next few days. the final sunkle vessel in crescent city harbor has been removed. it was one of 15 that sank after

waves from last month's devastating tsunami in japan made land fall here on the west coast. so far, crews have removed more than 2,000 gallons of petroleum products from damaged ships in the bash -- harbor. over the next few days they'll be removing the absorbent booms. the south bay's sikh community celebrated the opening of the religion's largest temp until the u.s. the san jose temple i hosted an open house to show all the addition to its existing facility. and governor jerry brown joined in. >> the sikh community is growing in its importance every day. your solidarity, your inspiration is very important to the well-being of our whole state. ang.

>> alan: they planned to serve meals to visitors. the california public utilities commission will meet tomorrow to decide on a propose it $3 million fine for pg&e's failure to turn over all its gasline safety records. the commission is expected to require pg&e to immediately begin safety testing and replacement work on more than 150 miles of transmission lines running through densely populated neighborhoods. in march, they found pg&e's pressure test records to be insufficient. the average price for a gallon of gas in the u.s. has jumped 19 cents over the last three weeks. the national average now sits at 3.76 a gallon. san francisco that hi -- the highest average, and thank you son has the lowest price at

>> alan: firefighters from 25 states are battling more than a dozen wildfires across west texas. a fast-moving fire charred

thousands of acres. widespread electricity outages have been reported after several power poles burned down. the initial fire was started by a cutting torch being used on a pipe. hot and windy weather combined with dry shrub and grass are making it hard for firefighterss to gain control. in iowa it's been declared a disaster zone. a tornado tore threw the town last night. the dabbling is extensive, and the entire town is without power after the natural gas has been shut off. the national guard has been send -- sent to the town. let's talk to leigh. >> leigh: the wake of the tornado is huge. very tranquil here. >> alan: to the contrary. >> leigh: a lot of sunshine today.

temperatures warmed up in most locations. a beautiful shot from the high definition sutro cameras. sfo reporting westerly gusts up to 25 miles-per-hour. even concord report something gusts up to 20 miles-per-hour. so, definitely the onshore influence is with us. here's current temperatures. antioch, sunny. livermore, 61. 62 in fairfield. a lot of 50s. san francisco, 57. half moon bay, 55. 60 in mountain view, and 62 in san jose. peer clear -- we're clear now but the clouds of think -- thickening, and chance of light showers mid-week. here's a look at the clear sky now. you can see the cloud in advance of this cold front. most of the energy is going to stay to the north.

it's starting to elongate itself. so we're not looking for a lot of moisture out of the this. tonight, we'll start to see the cloud thicken up, and going to be tomorrow morning when the actual frontal band starts to lose its punch, but it could bring santa rosa maybe a few sprinkles, and then as we advance to the noon hour, it falls apart and starts to dry out. not a whole lot of rain. maybe a drop here or there and mainly north of the golden gate bridge. the clouds will move in ahead of the system, so temperatures will be warmer tonight. 48, san francisco, and morgan wills, 44 degrees. the highs for monday, really much like today. we'll keep it in the mid-to-low 60s, in many locations, at the
