a big headache for people on this eland, and a gorgeous day to be out there until these 1100 people had to be evacuated for what we now know turned out to be a false alarm. 1100 people on the island, tours are cancelled, and there's a long line of people waiting to get refunds. let's look at video we saw this afternoon. the company that does the boat tours to the island says it was at full capacity, 1100 people were on the island when this alarm probable hem -- problem happened. tourist say heard the alarm but over in smelled in smoke. a spokesperson says evacuations turned out to be a precautionary measure, that many tourist had to cup their trip short. >> no smoke, no gasses, but the alarm went off, and the rules are rules. got to follow the rules of

alcatraz. >> had to come in and check to see there was in fire, but we had to come back to get to our plane tonight. >> stayed there two hours. publicity i didn't finish my tour there. >> reporter: and we believe you're looking at a live look at sky 7hd. you can see a fire crew there at the island, and a number of people waiting to get that boat back to the main shore here. the tour company says it's refunding all of the money that people paid that had their trip cut short. there were two night tours head it out to alcatraz. those have been cancelled, and the people on the island are now the handful of visit yortz that remain, and the crews working to fix this alarm problem, and it's a pretty old alarm they have there at alcatraz, so probably needs alet of, who done.

>> alan: thank you. a medical marijuana co-op is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to two suspects accused of firebombing the building friday night. the owners have released these photos of the aftermath of the fire at the capitola healing association. their surveillance video shows two young males breaking the glass and then throwing a molotov cocktail inside. the co-owners rushed to the scene and were able to put out most of the fire with a garden hose. the blaze caused an estimated $50,000 in damage. none of the surrounding businesses were damaged, but the co-op is closed until further notices. a san jose driver went on a deadly rampage this morning, crashing into two cars before smashing into a home and killing the occupant. the 28-year-old woman driving a tan sport utility vehicle first struck a parked car near blossom hill road at 9:45 this morning.

years. >> let's hawk to leigh glaser and this incredible weather. >> leigh: terrific day for opening day on the bay. we are flying now with sky 7hd of the bay there looking towards san francisco -- actually looking towards oakland right now, and clearly you can seep it was just a terrific day. temperatures right now still holding some of the heat. 80 degrees right now in concord. 80 in fairfield, antioch, 81. nice day for napa. 77. 69 in san francisco. 72 in oakland. offshore winds heating up mountain view this area with 77 degrees and it's 78 in san jose. we will continue with a few clouds moving inland tonight. things are starting to change a little bit. the high pressure starting to weaken a bit and that's going to return to the coastal low clouds and fog. temperatures will come down for our monday, and then they're only going to come back up as we head into tuesday and wednesday. so, kind of a nice warming trend

expected towards the middle part of the work week. here's a look at the satellite radar composite. we started with clear skies but the high begins to weaken a bit. overnight temperatures with the clouds moving inland, 51 for san francisco, 41 for oakland. other for antioch, and 48 for san jose. here is the setup for at least the next 24-36 hours. high pressure, while it's a delightful weekend, it is weakening tonight and that's going to allow the tail end of this cold front to get very close to the bay area. you can see some of the high cloud out ahead of the system. the energy heads to the north so we'll look for a few passing clouds in the next 24 hours, and as the clouds come in, the temperatures will come down, maybe as much as six degrees across much of the pay area for monday. you can see, we'll start off clear, and then as we head through the evening hours and tomorrow morning, some of the

low overcast will start to be with us. so look for off and on clouds tomorrow and then start to see clearing once the front passes to the north of us. highs for your monday, still very, very nice and mild, comfortable, 74 for san jose, campbell, 75. at the coast we look for mid-60s, for half moon bay, pacifica, palo alto, you climb to 75 degrees. san francisco, 67, a few high clouds and sunshine. north bay, temperatures will come down. santa rosa, 75. 73 for napa, east bay, low 7s so. berkeley, 72. oakland, 73. fremont 75. interior east bay, brentwood, 78.
