telling me approached the suspect because he was acting suspiciously. saying the suspect told him he needed to talk to police because he shot people. and is a source that says she took the suspect to the police station about a half mile away. and safeway shopper lisa saw it all. >> looked like they followed him out of the door see if he had anything in his pockets that was stolen there. is no fight. just we're wearing a beanie. >> police cordoned off a portion of the lot. investigators began a probe. and oakland police officers arrived at the police station and took the suspect into their custody. he buried his head in the back seat. after plis finished, a truck cared it away.

in parts of the north bay valleys. there is mild weather in locations that are sunnier and there is 68 in livermore, the south bay will be dry. highs of 67 in san jose. 666 palo alto north bay, clouds and cooler. that is an area likely to get rainfall tomorrow into afternoon and evening showers. and it would work on to points in the peninsula. into monterey region, dry conditions and mild, highs near bait into mid to upper 60s.
