shut down and he was later arrested. 20 victims stepped forward and he pled guilty to grand theft. >> they found us. >> that is ken liken. >> we ended up with 20 victims and 135,000s ndz restitution. >> gerard ordered to pay ree pay all 134,000s frdz customers. however, two years later gerard paid only $1950. and that money is divided among all 20 victims. about $100 each. >> one of the things we try to do is collect as much as we can. >> and there is one two of counties that has a court and a district attorney assigned just to make sure that victims get paid. and there is getting $134,000

101. only minor injuries are being reported and very nearly a disaster and there is a sheriff's department had to rescue a prisoner when a bus caught fire today, taking 22 prisoners to santa rita jail. and the driver smelled smoke. the four firefighters arrived the deputy evacuated the bus and turned to make surer everyone was accounted for. no one else was hurt. >> occupy movement has taken over good friday. about 130 demonstrators took part in a protest against nuclear weapons in front of the laboratory. the group held a prayer service, then blocked entrance to the facility. police in riot gear arrested 34 people, including many religious leaders. >> this is important for me if i want to live as a human being that the united states is creating around the world

most of the people injured in the crash of a navy fighter jet have now been sent home from the hospital. the jet slammed into an apartment complex in several homes in virginia beach,

virginia setting everything on fire. nobody was killed but seven people were hurt, including two pilot who's ejected seconds before impact. officials praised the pilots for dumping fuel prior to the crash preventing a fireball. here is how a witness described it. >> i saw the pilot and parachute on the house and still connected to it. he was on the ground with his face full of blood. so i ran over and i asked if he's okay. he looked up at me and he didn't say anything. >> this jet apparently lost power but so far no reason has been given. >> u.s. business owners hit breaks on hiring last month. the labor department reports only 120,000 new jobs were created in march. the rate fell toits low yefl level but that is only because a lot of people have given up looking for work.

and this nation's economy is growing slowly but in california it's worse. the indication are that it could be a decade before back to where it was before the recession. people when track numbers in california say the picture is grim. >> in california it's about 10.9% in double digits over three years now. >> and this labor economist at uc berkeley center says nationally the auto industry is adding jobs, and while those jobs are not as high paying as they used to be, a new survey shows 30% of employers say they're planning to hire full-time workers in four months. and california is a different story. >> we know folks lost their jobs and have become reimemployed are finding jobs that are lower quality, lower pay than before. >> most people are grabbing what they can now in this economy. including me. >> in berkeley donald told me
