scene. detectives identified at least one suspect in the case but that person has not been arrested. the name of the victim is being withheld until family is notified. a woman told authorities she had been kidnapped by man at gunpoint and driven to castro valley in their truck. the victim says it started in man teka and ended in castro valley where the man left her and her truck near the castro valley b.a.r.t. station, then walked away. authorities are still searching for the suspect. >> the family of a missing teenager announced a $10,000 reward for her safe return. she vanished after leaving for school on march 16th. most of the search has been focused near her home and school in morgan hill. the family continues to hope the volunteers will find a lead that brings her back to them. >> my belief she is coming back is making me be able to continue

crew, a ship's daughter on a yacht but tonight jane hitchens is in a bay area hospital after surviving a monster wave that smashed into the ship. >> reporter: this video from the yacht called the geraldton west australia shows the rough waters she was in but the waves are small compared to the monster wave that smacked into the sailboat. >> i think it tipped the boat on to its nose. >> never seen anything that size. didn't even see this one but never felt anything like that. >> he was steering the boat when the wave crashed. he said it was 90 feet tall, as high as the mast of theoff. this giant wheel used to be right there. they use it to steer the boat. but when the wave came it pinned three people against it, smashed them here, and when the wave receded the water tried to drag them out. the crew's safety harness lines

building and the bay bridge and the moon. it's going to be a clear night but not as cold as this morning. we tied a record in oakland at 38 degrees this morning. currently in san francisco, it's 49. 47 in napa. and still some low 50s out there in redwood city, fremont, mountain view, and san jose at 55. tomorrow it's going to be a sunny and beautiful day. temperatures very mild springlike for the easter sunday. great news for a lot of folks who have outdoor activities planned in the morning. there's a slight chance of rain but now looks like it's going to come into play late monday and for the north bay and then rain for everybody by tuesday, and then it's looking pretty wet the rest of the week. here's a look at the satellite radar image. this area of low pressure is stationary so with the air

circulating counterclockwise the front is not moving much. so most of the rain is going be to staking around, and here's all day sunday, bill stays in the area even into monday. kind of the front doesn't move much. so it's going to be dry and mild easter sunday as well as monday, and then late monday night is when we have the chance of a light shower still popping into the north bay, but for most of us it's going to be pretty much dry and nice through monday. for tonight, expect the lows to be cool once again, but again, not as many 30s as we saw this morning. with the exception of fair field at 39 degrees. san francisco, 48. cool in napa, 42, and look for san jose to drop down to 45 as well as palo alto, 43 in mortgage gab hill. -- morgan hill. temperatures tomorrow, once again, nice and sun ny. we'll still see a few low 70s out there. not as many as today.
