his sister-in-law also came to place flowers. she did not want her face to be placed on camara. >> that was my brother in law and niece. he was a great father a good role model and a good coach for soccer. the 11-year-old suffered a broken leg three. were on their usual saturday bike ride. they were riding on the sidewalk. accident happened at 9:30 this morning on treed avenue and oak grove road. police say the 17-year-old driver lost control of his car. susan saw it happened. >> he hit a fire hydrant. i saw the water shoot up and then he continued to hit things. a building, until he came to rest over there. >> after striking he and his daughters he punched a hole in the building that had to be shored up by firefighters. police arrested the driver at the scene. >> at this point speed does seem to be a factor, as well as a lane change. and the driver has been arrested for manslaughter. >> a friend. 17-year-old driver,

18-year-old adam guardside said his friend called him seconds after the accident. >> he said he got into a car accident, he lost control. he might have hit two people. he said he did hit -- he did hit people but he might have killed too. >> his brother in law told abc7 that he had to come and see where his family members died. >> we have family flying in from everywhere, and i just. 4 continue touchdown, rim rim vs. >> our immediate raw partner coaches.
