several communities, andles reached into communities around the world so on this day, pastors are hoping to start the heal. accord together tibetan association it was sunday funeral for a 33-year-old. she was among the people who were gunned down last week when one geo opened fire in a classroom inside oikos university. throughout the week a series of memorial's have been conducted by self denominations and faiths honoring the seven people, people who came from around the world to alive in the bay area. >> it was a world i i -- worldwe thing. >> each year they statement a special easter sunday production. and this day was some reflex on the tragedy. >> people find their commonality and their common human itity and

people do care. >> in san san leandro,. >> if you're a past you're in oakland or the east bay, you have to make reference to that. >> at this catholic church, father jason included the mass murder at oikos 'university in his message. as the chaplain for the oakland police and fire department, he was on the ground helping with the emergency response and is still taken aback by the tragedy. >> what was it like being there at the scene? >> incredibly -- it was just sad. >> reporter: and there are a number of other special services or mentions at other congregations throughout the east bay. some of them open to the public. others closed, only for their particular communities. meanwhile, here at oikos university, it will remain closed through spring break.

there are a series of musical memorials that should continue tomorrow. reporting live in oakland, abc-7 news. >> alan: the daughter of one of the victims from the massacre at oikos university learned today she'll be able to take her mother's remains home to guyana. her daughter was having trouble getting her passport renewed so she could bury her mother in their homeland. we're told she is now getting her paperwork expect do ited. a fire damaged at least one business in oakland today. it was reported just after 3:00 this morning near the intersection of international and fruit vail avenue. no one was inside the building. crews stayed on the scene for several hours. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. >> in concord, people are placing flowers at the site of a deadly crash that claimed the

life of a father and his ten-year-old daughter. he and his daughter were killed during a morning bicycle ride. his 11-year-old daughter was injured. they were just a few yards from home, on the sidewalk along treat boulevard when they were hit by an suv. police say the 17-year-old driver was speeding and lost control. the clerk at a nearby store says he knows the teen driver. >> not where he come a big system? his car. my windows shaking when he come out. has outrageous system in his car and always play loud music. >> alan: that driver is under arrest on suspicion of manslaughter and police are examining his cell phone records to see if he was talking or texting at the time of the crash. in san jose the suspect who stabbed a map to death on the street in the afternoon is still at large. officers found the victim around

4:00 yesterday afternoon on sarasota way. so far the victim's name has not been released. this is the seventh homicide of the year in san jose. >> in oklahoma, police arrested two men this morning for a rash of shootings that left three people dead and two wounded. all of them lack. 19-year-old jason inningening land and 32-year-old allyn watts are in connection with shootings that terrorized the black neighborhoods of actual sample they occurred within an hour, within three miles of each other. all victims were shot apparently at random. police are examining england's facebook account. he was venting ang gopher the killing of his father. >> being an naacp president for seven years, i think somebody that committed these crimes were very upset with black people. >> alan: england and watts face three counts of first degree

murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill. tomorrow's state lawmakers expected to begin considering a bill that would limit pg&e's profits based on the company's safety record. jerry hill authored the bill. pg&e proposed investing up to $5 billion in pipeline upgrades statewide, and according to the san ma dayow daily journal the work could reap pg&e $1.5 billion in profit in return for making the capital investment. the bill would require the california public utilities commission to consider the gas utility's safety record when determining its rate of return. pg&e has come out against the bill saying it would discourage investment in infrastructure. a pillar of television journalism for more than 60 years is dead tonight. mike wallace passed away at 93 after a long illness following a career that made him a household

here. check out the live doppler 7hd impressive radar returns, heavy rainfall, but not hitting the coast. going to be moving into the bay area starts tomorrow night. and i'll show you how it plays out. right now temperatures cooler than yesterday at this time. so, a lot of 60s out there. even some 50s. 54 in san francisco. 6 # in san jose, 68 in antioch, and what you can expect for the work week? very wet conditions with increasing clouds. we'll see the rain starting in the north bay tomorrow night, and then it's going to be rainy and cooler starting tuesday. rain stays with us through friday. and then looks like we'll get a break for the weekend. again, have those umbrellas handy. look at the pacific satellite radar image. this almost stationary area of low pressure is just slowly moving in toward the bay area. so monday, we'll see the cloud conditions increase, and then by tuesday, that's when we see the

rain move in. so just look out for that, and have your umbrellas handy. here's how it plays out with the forecast model. monday morning, cloud cover in the north bay. still not much rain around the bay area. so pretty good commute for the morning. and then in the afternoon, it starts to slip south. by 5:00 tomorrow night, we'll probably see light rain in santa rosa. so parts of sonoma county and marin county, and then it will slide along the coast into the overnight hours and into tuesday morning. it's a very slow-moving front. but by tuesday, by the day's end, we could have anywhere from a third to two-thirds of an inch around the bay area, and up to an inch and a half to two inches in the higher coastal elevations, and overnight lows with extra cloud cover, temperatures on the cool side once again, but none of the 30s, so mainly 40s for all of us. in fact, san francisco, 49. 45 in san jose, and looks to 45 in fremont. 41 in morgan hill.

tomorrow we'll see the clouds move in. still some sunshine the farther east and south you are. so getting up to 71 still in livermore. look for a high of 63 in san rafael. 69 in palo alto and even a little farther south, low 70s in what gilroy. so, tomorrow evening for the north bay, temperatures drop quite a bit on tuesday with the good storm system heading our way, and another system for thursday and friday. so, it will be wet through the work week, and then we'll see some sunshine once again by saturday. >> alan: going to skip right over easter. >> frances: can't complain bat that. >> alan: we have a winner in the masters. >> a little surprising. i was pretty to put all the money on mickelson yesterday the way the was playing but you never know. a wild final round at the masters which features the rarest of the rare, double

>> alan: we have breaking news from san francisco. police and firefighters are on the scene of an accident involving a muni street car on the embarcadero at harrison. police say three people were injured when a jaguar and a street car collided. no one on the street car was hurt. traffic is closed down in both directions on the embarcadero and muni street car service in the area has been stopped.

going into the final round of the masters, looked like phil mickelson was headed for his fourth green jacket instead it would go to another lefty in a sudden death playoff. can bees were perfect at augusta national. show was the south by louis oosthuizen. from 260 yards, his second shat shot takes a bounce and rolls to the hole.
