at this moment. back to the bay area here there are winds that are rather brisk at the moment. there are gusts 21 miles per hour in hayward. and 25 miles per hour gusts in sfo. we'll see wide spread rain, scattered showers into of the afternoon friday, then, dry, milder weather for the weekend. taking a look at satellite radar there is a series of systems coming our way. first pushing through now triggering stormy activity and there is another one coming through overnight. rain in the morning and showers into afternoon. and another wave of rainfall coming through and we've got wave after wave of wave of showers and rainfall. starting forecast animation at 7:00 this evening we'll probably see more wide spread showers and rain than we have at this moment. during overnight hours becoming better organized by ak in the morning start of the rush hour, wide spread

agreement with the fcc. from now on, it will send alerts when consumers about to exceed limits for phone calls, texting, data use and interfashional roaming. however, the carriers have until october to begin sending out messages and until april before they must be sending alerts for all four services. and that would have saved her a lot of grief. >> i thought i'm calling channel 7. because i know you have helped other people before. >> we contacted t-mobile and the company looked into her case. they decided not to charge her for the calls after all. and the company saying t-mobile regrets any inconvenience this may have caused one determining the calls were not made anyone connected with the account we waived associated fee autos oh, my gosh. i was relieved. so relieved.
