mirkarimi lost a second of three legal battles, rounds three since monday. there is a story about a fight over a suspension. >> that is the court house mind me. and she's been in that court house two days. yesterday, he lost his court challenge to remove the city attorney's office from the suspension proceedings and today, he asked the judge to stop the proceeding and reinstate him as sheriff. he lost, again. ross mirk ream ease lawyer argued the charge of misconduct on new year's eve happened before he was sworn in as sheriff. wagner said suspension was unconstitutionally vague since the incident was not related to his duties as sheriff, but the judge ruled those questions should be raised before the ethics commission and the supervisors. he says that there is a city
