less than an hour ago, they need to get it off the island quickly because nesting season is beginning. they don't want to disturb the birds. if they don't now, they'll have to wait october. you can see that this boat is on the rocks now. five people died in that tragedy. police finished their investigation into the incident. this afternoon they say there was no criminal negligence involved and have updated the crew. we've been reporting james bradford was the captain. he survived and now, police say allen cahill, a boat technician was at the helm and he was one of the victims. the skrain now has a difficult task ahead to get the chase back here, it's part of a healing process for friends

and they're put in 8 by 12 cell. that is your life for the for seeable future, you sit around you and look at the walls and you feel shame. and you're not hungry. what is unusual about this is that this is two and a half, almost three weeks now. >> officials say he is not being force fed and does not have an iv and has the right to refuse food. so far it's not a dire emergency but it could impact his interview schedule. since being arrested for shooting deaths of seven people he's been speak together media and has admitted to killing those seven people, one goh has not eaten solid food since arriving here almost three weeks ago. >> thank you very much. the oikos nursing student will move to a vocational school
