outside of the united states. >> the shooting of a high school student forced a lock down this afternoon. officers found the wounded teenager at 14th and h street near the hogan campus but not at the school. police stress the students were never in danger but administrators placed this sprawling campus under lock down. owe fishes confirmed the victim is a student but are not saying yet at least whether he went to school this morning and then left or if he never showed up at all. the wounded student still in the hospital. >> downtown commuters can move through san francisco financial district after nearly 500 protestors blocked the street for hours. 200 have been arrested for protesting the wells fargo shareholder meeting. >> there is 14 arrests made inside of the stockholders

meeting that was being held over there. the merchant exchange building. this afternoon this street, california street, was wall to wall protestors. protestors scuffled and blocked the main entrances to the building. >> where do we go then? >> man left, frustrated and angry. >> that is a bad situation. okay? this is not the way you get things done in america. >> this happened amid crush of noon day traffic. police blocked off the premt ter, hundreds poured into the streets causing a traffic log jam, angering drivers. >> and this is not only an inconvenience, i think they're messing up the place. >> among democrat stlaitors former san francisco supervisor chris daily sat in the lobby floor in an act of civil disobedience. >> there is when we held that

>> and now, late today wells fargo released a statement saying that wells fargo makes efforts to keep people in their homes. and less than 2% of owner occupied homes have resulted in foreclosures. those arrested today were charged with either resisting arest or possess trasing. vic lee abc 7 news. >> thank you very much. and oakland police chief explained just a shorlt time ago change ez wants to make to his city's plan to fight violent crime. calling for making adjustments to the 100 block community initiative. the program slates officers in the violent neighborhoods to combat street crime. other parts of the city felt neglected. and the chief wants to reduce delays. >> when you look at resource issues that is a balance and when with limited resources i think the department is doing an incredible job in terms of

addressing violent crime in oakland. >> and oakland has seen the number of officers on the force decreasing during past years because of the cuts. >> and in san bruno tonight what to do with a pipeline exploding with such devastating results. the city council will consider three different plans to deal with the deadly pipeline that killed eight people. there is john alston live with the option autos this is an emotional people who live here and those who are rebuilding and making plans to move back. this is a section that blew up. that section is gone but there is still a portion hundreds of feet of transmission lines still under the glenn view neighborhood capped off and will never be used again. now, city considering three options. fill witness concrete for good, dig it up, or do a combination of both sm. say it's traumatic just knowing the pipe is still there.

this is mid and high level clouds moving in right now. there is what is going on here, we're starting to see breaks in clouds and seeing sun but it was deep enough this morning that we did measure rainfall in the north bay. there is just over half an inch and st. helena picked up 8/100ths of rain. so it's drippy in parts of the bay area, numbers now comfortable. most of the bay area is in the 60s. and 59 degrees, sure was a nice-looking day. things changing, showers likely for thursday morning and we're going with a warm, dry conditions as we hit the weekend. so if there are outdoor plans they're looking good. this system just spinning off the coast. and this is going to head into southern california. thursday we'll see this system

that is bringing us mainly morning showers. you'll notice there are clouds around. and there is some showers beginning to develop during evening commute. from the south do you remember that system that is heading into southern california so moisture coming in from south. showers continue. really until early thursday morning. that system starts to wind down and another one begins to arrive into thursday. 7:00 or 8:00 hour. there are showers that will wind down by the time we hit early afternoon hours, two days of wet weather and most of the wednesday actually going to be dry until evening hours. so here is how this ends up. not something to write home about but we'll take moisture at this point. 5/100ths to a waurter inch through thursday evening. looking at morning temperatures another mild start with cloud cover. we're going see numbers into mid to upper 50s. and there is is 70 degrees in
