bay into santa clara valley. east bay from alameda through san leandro, hayward to union city, union city boulevard getting wet, up to golf links road. to the south san jose getting wet now, places like towards ruby avenue as you head up towards the higher elevations around mount hamilton all coming from the ocean expect waves of drizzle and light rain throughout morning commute. looks like a scattered shower chance during the afternoon. roads are slippery so we've had a couple early morning accidents nothing causing big delays. in san mateo they cleared one to the shoulder. bay bridge toll traffic light visibility a little limited. we lost the shot to the san mateo bridge traffic fine across the span. here's 680 in walnut creek

right now through contra costa county things are quiet. south bay 280 and 17 things look clear. 4:32. developing news. police searching an east oakland warehouse that houses what appears to be a major marijuana growing operation. they've been there all night. amy hollyfield is live at the scene. any arrests? >> reporter: they've made 11 arrests. they busted a major grow operation here at 89th avenue and "g" street. they've been watching this warehouse for a while. they made a grand entrance, police broke through that gate that you see there and used flash bang grenades to get in. once here they arrested 11, 10 men and one woman. they took two pit bulls into custody and more than 1,000 marijuana plants. they don't think it was being

grown for medicinal use. they think it is bigger than a street level operation. police found several weapons that wouldn't -- they wouldn't get any more descriptive. 30 officers here and some agents from the dea. police say this was a major operation. it is still an ongoing investigation so they can't release a lot of details. they tell us that more arrests are possible. they are still here processing the scene. they think they still have a couple hours to go before they wrap up. amy hollyfield, abc7 news. in marin county, two novato marijuana dispensaries have become the latest targets in a federal crackdown that began last year. the green tiger on redwood boulevard shutdown tuesday after prosecutors filed papers to seize the property from its landlord. the green door next door has a different owner remains open

earners hope to submit enough signatures next month to qualify for the november ballot. a pop poll shows at this point, only a -- slight majority, 54%, favor the plan. at the same time nearly 80% oppose the five billion dollars in so-called triggered cuts to schools if the tax plan does not pass. animal officials in the north bay hoping to find the driver of a pick-up truck who dragged a dog down 780 last week and didn't appear to notice. the puppy now named freeway survived but his rear leg had to be amputated. yesterday he was reunited with his rescuers. they saw the dog dangling from the side of a black chevy pick up with a rope around his neck. >> the rope broke and he fell on the ground and flipped, i don't know how many times and slammed on the side of the freeway wall. >> the guy didn't stop, nothing he just kept going.
