san francisco police are working two crime scenes right now. >> at least three people have been shot in two different parts of the sti. i'm dan ashley. >> i'm carolyn johnson. let's begin with ama dates who is at turk and laguna where two people were hit. ama? >> that's right, carolyn and dan. look behind me on the corner is where police have the street blocked off because there was the double shooting at about 9:45 tonight. the two people were shot just down the sidewalk there. look at the scene from where this happened. i actually spoke to a man who said it was his uncle and a woman. his uncle shot in the neck and the woman in the lower body, the leg. he heard shots and came out. he didn't know why anybody would do this to his uncle who was already disabled and using a cane. we have learned that the man

did die at the hospital. we have not heard of anything on the woman. i heard it is possibly nonlife-threatening at this point, but there is no official update. there was a shooting of two people, a man and woman at about 9:45. and they will be out here for a few hours as they continue to investigate this shooting scene. in san francisco, ama dates, abc7 news. >> thank you. and crime scene 2 is a fatal shooting in the ocean view district. this one happened around 7:30 in front of a family resource center on broad street. the victim is in his early 20s. police say he was chased by two men who fired multiple shots killing him. there is no word on whether he has a connection to that resource center. in oakland, a crackdown on the oldest profession. ordinary citizens are focusing on prostitution on international boulevard. the area between 22nd and 23rd avenue is not safe for

to double the number of minority students that enrolled. most of the demonstrators were from high schools and community colleges who said they were unfairly denied admission. 12 protestors were cited for tre passing. trespassing. and they have until tomorrow morning to leave the pasture or face eviction. the radical urban farmers have been there about three weeks. the uc is offering to drop all charges and give them two seats on a special committee to discuss this standoff if they leave by tomorrow which they say they won't. and tonight the oakland city officials want you to help them hold vandals accountable. they are asking members of the public to send evidence identifying those who have damaged property and violently confronted police during the recent protests. the city has filed lawsuits against three individuals who were seen smashing windows and spray painting the public property. >> abc7 news spoke exclusively with the san francisco woman who lost her husband and two of her sons to a member of the that you for yous ms13 gang.

tony, michael and matthew were shot to death four years ago while driving home from a family picnic. he was convicted of the murders on wednesday. he thought they were rival gang members. they have been married for 22 years. the boys were just 16 and 20 years old. daniel found out about the murders from a police officer. >> and so he said daniel, -- danielle, tony and mike are dead. i said this can't be happening. i thought. why me? what did i do to deserve this? >> we protected danielle's identity because she and her two surviving children are now in the federal witness protection program. they are afraid of gang retaliation, understandably. we have posted her interview and our exclusive jail house interview with edwin ramos, the man convicted of the crimes on abc news.com. the search foresee yarr

guests will take up the stock when it goes public next friday. he says his top priorities are improving the mobile apps and a transform tiff advertising experience. tonight entertainer jennifer hudson thanked police and prosecutors for helping convict the man who killed three members of her family including her mother. hudson teared up and bit her lip in the chicago courtroom when the verdict was read. it took three days to convict her former broker in-law. the former gang member was jealous that his estranged wife, julia, hudson's sister, was seeing another man. a san francisco man lost a lot more than his car when it was stolen this morning. the thief also took his dog's wheelchair. the 13-year-old pittbull has a spinal injury and he needs his wheels to get around. he doesn't care about the car. he just wants the wheelchair back. since word got out on the internet he has received several offers to replace the

we do have patches of fog out there and it is dense. be careful. let me show you the rest of the temperatures. 74 in antioch. we are still holding on to some of the warmth in the inland areas. fog, coast and bay. hot inland and cooler and breezier weather for mother's day. still pleasant though. here is a look at the satellite and radar. an area of low pressure over california. basically the wind flow around the low coming in from the south which brought that fog in, but way still had a dry -- but we still had a dry northerly wind flow and the dryer flow prevailed over the inland areas, but not along the coast. here is what will happen. the fog is going to continue to exert itself and pushing in over the bay toward the early morning hours. and then it will eventually pull back away from the bayside communities hanging out near the coast. sco we will call it -- so we will call it mild. warm around the bay. very warm inland, bordering

hot when you get to the 90, 92-degree range. overnight temperatures with foggy conditions. in the 40s and 50s, antioch is 60 degrees. as you look at the afternoon highs, it is pretty warm in the south bay. 88 degrees in san jose. 87 for santa clara and cupertino and up to 90 in los gatos. 79 in san mateo and 85 in palo alto. low 60s along the coast where the fog is just going to hang out. downtown san francisco 68 degrees. the daly city area, sunset district in the low 60s. as you get into the north bay 60s at the coast very summer-like microclimates. head out toward the east bay and 76 oakland and 81 castro valley. the inland areas are a warm day. 91 for livermore and 90 in concord and pleasanton. and for the monterey bay, 67 and up to 86 inland in morgan hill. here is the forecast for the a's game if you are going
