finding another parttime job. >> i might need to get one more parttime job even the i'm already working 15 hours now. >> this latest jolt came from governor brown who announced the $9 billion budget deficit preticketed in january has now ballooned to $16 billion. he says tax revenues have not increased as much as expected because the economy has not bounced back. the governor used the opportunity to make another sales pitch for his november tax initiative. >> the plan, asks high income earners to pay up to 3% more in their income seven for seven years. it will increase sales taxes by one-fourth of one percent for four years. >> without the tax hike the governor is warning of deep cuts to public safety and social service programs as well as to california colleges and schools. the san francisco unified school district, in the middle of contentious teacher goarkz, says

protested the death of a high school student shot and killed by oakland police with a march for justice today. they made their way from 92nd 92nd avenue and birch, where the shooting took place last sunday to oakland's east mont police station. police say an officer killed the 18-year-old because he pointed a gun at them say his parents say he was waiting for a ride on a street corner with two friends. they're angry at what they say was on unjustified shooting. >> we want the police to let us know what happened to our son house he was shot. why he was shot, the arrangement of the shooting and he the bulls we went know what happened. >> they say their son would not have had a gun or shot at police. he was an felony probation for burglary. >> angry protesters take the streets in spain. >> a big change for california's
