after the shooting at oikos university the board placed it on pro visional approval equivalent of probation, regulators are monitoring several deficiencies including low pass rates on licensing exams by oikos graduates. they need to fix the pass rate within two years or lose the nursing school license. >> there are police showing weapons taken off the streets after a rescue of 30 people on outstanding warrants. police arrested 32 people over three days and helping round up expects. arrests include murder, robbery and assault. >> i look at this as a positive step because this is people no longer on the streets of oakland committing offenses.
