we'll see the mid 40s continue in the north bay for the next hour or so. everyone should be in the 50s to about 60 noontime. plenty of sunshine and the bay. there will be a little bit of fog around the coast but mostly sunny skies with mid-60s there and mid-80s and we'll keep it into the valleys. then changes cooler weather head our way through the workweek. >> terry: breaking news right now. out of the oakland crews have a fire in a commercial building under control. take a look at earlier this morning flames burning through the roof of a steorj warehouse in 3,000 block at broadway at 30th street. firefighters kept the flames from spreading to other buildings, no reports of injuries. investigators are trying to figure out how it got started. >> developing news at cape canaveral where a little more than three hours space

x-attempted to launch a private rocket to reach the space station. watch and listen how things went on the launch pad. >> three two one zero and... liftoff. we've had a cutoff. >> one of the rocket engines showed too much fuel pressure so the launch sequence shut down half a second before launch. the spacecraft named dragon was safely shut down. they will try to launch now on tuesday. >> assuming that whatever we see is repairable we will go in and try another day on the 22nd back youup day on 23rd. nasa is taking a look at that day. we don't have the 23rd with a range. >> terry: chief executive the

co-creator of paypal before starting space x-and he is ceo of the tesla and he says he is going to have on mars in ten years. state health officials say a norovirus in pacifica caused hundred students to get sick. most of those cases are at ocean shore elementary and few were reported at ortega elementary. news reporter nick smith talked to the father of two youngsters. >> they have throw up you go home. >> reporter: that is exactly what happened to his son. after san mateo sent a lab sample to the state there was an outrage of the norovirus. the virus didn't stop with his son. >> my daughter she got it. she stayed home. same thing. >> reporter: today there are at least 205 students affected by flu-like symptoms.

tyler says she avoided getting sick because he listened to his teacher. >> you catch anything that might have germs you have to go wash your hands. >> most that got sick were at ocean shore elementary but there were a few here at ortega elementary. the two schools often play together and signing appeared about ten days ago. since then they have worked to rid all surfaces of the virus. >> we are swab go down desktops chairs anything that is used. >> second day after school wide cleaning and they are more happy to take. >> its community here so we all try to do what we. >> can two things one teacher tells me they have stayed over the entire time because parents have been pro-active in keeping sick children at home. second thing, if you have any soms of the virus to stay

tonight we will look for the patchy fog and tomorrow morning it will stay with us. for the race tomorrow bay to breakers 7:00 starting off in the lower 50s. then we'll look mid 50s about the light southwest wind and have the fog as you head towards the finish line the great highway there. then we've got tomorrow night this evening we'll be looking at perfect conditions for the viewing of the eclipse. don't look right at it. look at the shadows on the ground crescent shaped shadows and peak viewing will be 5:13 to 6:33. maximum coverage is 88%. a little further north of bay area but much of the west coast will enjoy a pretty nice shot at that eclipse. high pressure is weak high pressure that will keep our marine layer intact to 1400 feet through today and tomorrow. that brings mild to warm

conditions all around the bay with some 80s. only days with 80s this week will be today and tomorrow. for our inland valleys and then temperatures day by day really begin to come down and breezes will kick up not only the coastal breezes but a cooler air mass headed our way. 76 in yosemite with temperatures back home in the mid-60s today. in the city 73 and 72 in richmond. upper 70s for san rafael coming up a little bit and 82 in napa. 81 in san jose and sunshine just about happening around santa cruz with 73 in watsonville. 86 in gilroy and around the rest of the bay you'll notice that tomorrow just as nice today and partly cloudy monday with temperatures holding steady tuesday. winds kick up and numbers plummet wednesday and thursday and friday still looking cool. >> bay to breakers, it starts off with a chill in the air, but
