that is wayne freedman live wlaitest. >> we're getting details. i'm at the parking lot just by chrissy field. let me show thu happened out towards the bay there. we're told he's 12 years old on the field trip with the beach and got in the cold water of the bay. and got caught up in the current. there are some photographs that describe how a coast guard helicopter coordinated with the fire department. there is a diver dropped in. they swam to him on a surf board. and he shot some of the pictures. >> and there is a good swim. and it's cold. >> how did it look when he came out? >> that is a lucky young man.

the tide had been pulled 300 yards from the shore. those witnesses say he was also being taken into the bay at this point. so fast action and there is a lucky man tonight. it was cold in the water and out here, it's a cold day, period. and this is a stunning photograph. >> a second rescue. sky 7 shows china beach there is a boy stuck on the rock that's is now safe. crews managed to rescue the boy within just a half hour and there is a crews used a harness to bring him up. he appears to be doing well. there is no word on what he was doing or managed to get stuck on that cliff.

investigators did attend this autopsy. police told us they do not believe it is sierra lamar because as investigators told us because of the identifying characteristics on the body he would not provide ses spiff -- specifics but at this point investigators do not believe that it is that of sierra lamar. they'll run fingerprint information to try to determine who this is. they're asking for help from the public and anyone with information is called to call police. >> and there is vallejo police have not released the name of a man shot to death this morning. before nid mid night a man stepped out of a cab and he
