women who police have identified as prostitutes. and he has been labeled alphabet killer because victims first and last names start with the same letter. in his letter ahe addresses key pieces of evidence in this case found in his nevada home, including photographs of nude women in what authorities call unnatural positions and he admits to photographing one victim. he writes that the fact of the matter is that never in thousands of photo sessions i've had i never forced anyone to pose for anything and my resume was with knowledge and consent. he addresses his wife's dna found on pantihouse hose used to strangle one victim. if this were true it proves someone got a hold of her panty hose. womens' used panty hose can be found in dumpsters, parking

lots, thrift shops, etc.. he address his own dna found on panty hose used in another attack. if it were true all it may prove that the defendant had sex with the victim days before she was murdered. >> a defense attorney whether defending himself or a lour can come up with alternative explanations for what seems to be otherwise damning evidence he wraps up the letter quote with devised outlines, clear evidence is lacking to incriminate him of the crimes. and our legal analyst believes this could backfire. >> the more he says about his case, more he risks giving the police and prosecution the very evidence that is necessary to hang him.
