[applause] >> this is san francisco's pride 2012, and in the 42 years since people turned out for this event, the audience and participants have changed quite a bit. these days it's expected to see a cop continue gent of full uniformed san francisco police proudly marching here. but noticeably absent are lots of people in military uniform. this is the first san francisco pride since "don't ask, don't tell" was repealed. >> i was expecting there might be some people in uniform. it i is that possible yet? >> at this moment, not now. i know i'm -- aim happy to sea the coast guard is in support of coming out and participating. >> tiffani is active duty coast guard and says her command is still work out the kinks in allowing personnel to march in uniform. she is one of only few who joined the local chapter of gay

around 1:00 this afternoon police received a report of a map on 26th and dolores street with several weapons. officers found him with two rifles and a concealed september automatic hand gun. tonight he is behind bars on a misdemeanor concealed weapons charge. >> ama: a motorcyclist is recovering after trying to evade chp officers in san francisco. officers tried to pull the man over after he allegedly drove through a red light this morning. instead officers say the driver road on to southbound highway 101. then lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. the offramp was shut down for an hour. the driver sawferred broken arm and will likely be charged with reckless driving and evading an officer. >> alan: the 49ers and city of santa clara facing a hurdle. the county cut $30 million from the stadium project. our media partner reports the county property tax board found a loophole and volted to spend the money on schools instead.

changes in redevelopment funding now give counties total control over how the money is spent. county leaders are hoping the 49ers will absorb the loss. niners officials are reviewing the decision. >> filmmaker george lucas is donating one of his properties to a worthy cause. he is giving away a vacant build in san anselmo. the billing will be demolished and turned into a park complete we bronze statute fews of indiana joan and yoda. lucas donated the property to the community foundation. the timeline for the project will depend on the planning process. >> alan: thanks to a community effort that sliced throw red tape the concord farmers market is open for business. it happens at concord high school. the city shut down the market bought is didn't have the proper approval. community activityists sprang into action.

personal crime, peeping toms taking advantage of cell phone cameras cameras and snapping pictures of unsuspecting women. >> it's disturbing to even watch. an 18-year-old in a michigan target stalking the isles looking for unexpecting women. watch as he walks up, slips his cell phone under a skirt and captures the video. >> that's disgusting. >> creepy and disgusting. >> creepy, disgusting, and too month these days. last week thislet man arrested for using a cell phone to video women in a mall restroom. three weeks ago this guy busted for snapping photos of a 12-year-old in a dregs room in north carolina. last month another peeping tom got more than he bargained phone when he slid a phone under a dressing room door. >> busted out the dressing room cobb door and got in his face and got him off me and i punched him across the face.

until he went down. >> the police charged the 21-year-old peeping tom with voyeurism and criminal conduct. >> he had done this at numerous times. >> then there's more bizarre. last year a kouz man busted for using a camera hidden inside his shoe to videotape up women's skirts. ten different women violated. the suspect getting two years in jail. >> not the best view of a woman and certainly is very disgusting. >> and back at that first cell phone peeping tom we showed you at the michigan target this week? a group of women shoppers who caught on chased him out of the store and called 9-1-1. he is now under arrest. >> john mueller, abc news. >> ama: in san diego county a teen got his arm snuck a vending machine while trying to steal ad so damp. the 17-year-old received inside the machine and couldn't get hit arm out. a trolley rider saw he was trapped, called for help. police, firefighters, and paramedics arrived on scene.

>> initially we thought if we could get member to come out with a key, we would be able to open up the door and access the machine and do little damage, but nobody had the key. >> ama: yep, so, firefighters used axe, crowbars and an air which is toll dismantle the machine. a rotary saw did the trick. the teen said his arm was sore but he is okay. after medics released him he was taken into police custody, who say he may be charged with petty theft. so he never got the soda. >> i think the public humiliation was good enough punishment. >> ama: bad idea all around. lang -- >> alan: rick is in hear for shu. went down the final strike. >> rick: a bay bridge series to remember. after nail-biters on friday and saturday, today's game was decided in the bottom of the ninth. griffin was making his major league debut in the first, postie, welcome to the bigs.

a.j. battled today. pitched phenomenal. couldn't ask for a better start from him. and a tough at-bat but got a good pitch and put it out of the park to get us the victory. >> the toyota/save mart 350 has developed a reputation for having lots of collision and caution flags. that was not the case today in sonoma. tony larussa was the grabbed marshal. jeff gordon has don well her but today he almost runs out of fuel on the track. kyle busch and paul menard spin out. only two caution flags. the fewest ever at sonoma. clint bowyer led 71 of the 112 laps. last year's winner kurt busch made a charge at the end, but bowyer held on to take the checkered flag. it's his first ever victory on a road course. >> i switched teams like i did was a huge risk and chance for me, and it was obvious chains for me to showcase my talents. so, proud of everybody back home in the shop. thank you for building us good

we're already seeing low cloudiness off the compost a line of very light showers developing. this where is that area of low pressure is that has been bringing us the unsend bly cool temperatures the last two or three days and as we head through the evening hours, some low clouds will bank up near the coast, mainly the north bay locations, and then start continue crease by tomorrow night. looks like most of the low cloudiness and fog will move inland into east bay overnight. here's a look at our highs today. no 90s. 73 was the high in antioch. 70 in concord. 9 in san -- 69 in san rafael. 68 in san carlos, and san jose, blue sky, warm, 71. san francisco, 60. 56 in santa rosa, and 69 in san holiday say. our highlights take you into next week, clear overnight. clouds at the coast tonight. cool and breezy tomorrow.

cool meaning temperatures below normal. coastal clouds and the warmup will begin wednesday and thursday. lows tonight, still on the cool side in the north and east bay locations, mid-to upper 40s expected. 50s elsewhere across the bay area overnight tonight, and as we work through the evening hours, you'll notice mainly clear skies. this is 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. a little low cloudiness moving inland north of the golden gate bridge and then dissipates so expect sunshine tomorrow afternoon. here's a look at the setup. low pressure spinning off the north coast, continuing to bring us that cooler air mass. not going to move that much tomorrow. so we'll continue to see it just kind of sitting there. it will bring us breezy conditions, and tomorrow night we'll look for more of an onshore push and that's going to mean low clouds and fog near the coast, maybe even some mist and drizzle tuesday morning.
