redevelopment money to be spent on the 49er stadium, 10 million dollars of that was spent and out in remaining 30 million dollars is apparently being revoked many at least one councilman is confused about the whole deal. >> we backed everything so the 49ers would be on the hook. we are in good shape. it is a disappointment because the 49ers were promised this and voters voted overwhelmingly for this and the school district supported it. it is puzzling itch >> reporter: we expect to hear -- to hear more from the 49ers this week. an attorney for the team says the city is obligated, i should say the county is on getted to pay what it promised according to the -- is obligated to pay what it promised. lawsuits are likely. katie marzullo, abc7 news. stockton san joaquin county on the verge of america's largest city to file for bankruptcy many officials

are hoping to reach a deal to restructure millions in debt under a new law. stockton has been hit for for closures and lost income from -- property taxes the city faces a 26 million dollar budget gap. a judge is expected to consider a request for a mistrial in the case of a man accused of beating up a los gatos priest who he claims sexually abused him. the defendant's lawyer claims prosecutors knowingly allowed false testimony. father gerald lindner denied he abused -- lynch has pleaded not toy assaulting lindner in 2010. in hayward investigators looking into what -- what caused a fire that heavily damaged a home last night. by -- [ inaudible ]

-- [ inaudible ] [ unintelligible ] fire investigators may finish sifting through the debris at the site of a massive fire at west oakland bart station sometime today. they've gone through 30,000 pounds of rubble left when a senior home construction burned to the ground 10 days ago. investigators have not said if they found anything pointing to the cause. that blaze crippled the commute for several hours shutting down bart service from east bay to san francisco. cool weekend, looks like we'll start our workweek the same way which is great.

and wounded a suspect on the sidewalk on a street near santa clara street. it appears he was either riding or walking a bike. the shooting happened in front of a check-cashing store that business is not involved. details have not been released. we will buy more information as we get. california highway patrol -- officer came out of this crash with minor injuries his poll car slammed on southbound 280 in san francisco, at 10:00 last night no word on what caused the crash it took rescuers half an hour to free the officer from the wreckage. he was taken to a local hospital come blaining of back pain. santa rosa father pulled a gun on a burglar overnight and held him until police arrived. the burglar turned out to be a teenaged boy. the man, his wife and three kids were sleep when the burglar break in. the teenaged burglar had a two

foot long pipe he could have used as a weapon. man accused of killing and wounding three in a shooting rampage at oikos university is due in court this afternoon for a pretrial hearing 43-year-old one goh pleaded not guilty after the shooting spree on april 2nd, he drove a car belonging to one of his victims to a safeway in alameda, where he reportedly confessed to a security guard. he had been a nursing student at oikos. investigators say he was upset about not getting a refinanced when he withdrew from the school. police looking for information on manhattan missing nearly a week. family members have not heard from 2-year-old evan flannary since he left to meet a stranger he contacted on social media phone site last tuesday evening blonde hair, blue eyes, 6'1 weighs 160 pounds. he was last seen wearing blue
