tropical storm debbie made land a few hours ago. debbie is expected to now weaken to a tropical depression later tonight. it's drenching the gulf coast four days, and the coast guard released this video showing the rescue of a family of nine and their two dogs near mobile, alabama. they were stranded by flood waters on just south of the alabama coast. abc's scott goldberg has the latest now. >> debbie's slow dance across the gulf means another day of soaking rain. in florida. authorities had to close off long stretches of interstate 10, a tea connecting to jacksonville. inland problem is rain. debbie moving slowly, storm clouds are staying in place.
