salt lake city. it's inching towards a propane tank. and u.s. national guard is now assisting crew autos parents, students and activists are protesting outside of headquarters. this is hours after police forced them to end a 19-day occupation at lake view elementary school. two protestors were arrested after refusing to pack up and leave this, is a response to the district's decision to close several schools. including lake view. school officials say 17,000 students left the district in the past decade that makes it difficult to keep schools open. >> san francisco police have arrested two people they believe are responsible for a devastating fire. there is a fire destroying one home, damaging three others at bay shore boulevard near

industrial street in the bay view district. we're live tonight with the latest on the story. heather? >> the damage estimate here is at about $1 million, investigators are still looking at evidence to nail down a cause, they're identified this afternoon as a 48-year-old aaron kennedy and 55-year-old ronald weeks. and both returned to the scene when they were arrested after returning to the scene, kennedy came back looking for her cat. these photographs show the fire that consumed one home and damaged three others at 3:00 in the morning. all four were burning when firefighters arrived and they're able to prevent it from spreading further. this cell phone video was shot by a woman who lives next door, police arrested this man when

he returned to the scene. witnesses telling police they had seen him running from the fire with a gas can. another suspect told police she's' riz dent. officials say waits vacant with no electricity or gas. >> by have concluded our investigation. they're going to gather information and get interview statements from people that have been detained. we've conducted our search of the building and have not done anything out of the ordinary. >> neighbors remember seeing the woman suspect at the house last week. >> i was coming home and a woman came out of the front door. she looked normal. we figured it was a niece or nephew, or family members cleaning up. they've been cleaning out that house. and i remember having her hair

high profile assault trial. filed out of the courtroom about 4:15 this afternoon, that means they have ended their first whole day of deliberation was out a verdict. and william lynch, as many as you can see, have also gone home for the day. and the district attorney charged lynch with two felony counts for the conpron taigs limpbl had with father jerry lindner in may, 2010 at the church's los gatos retirement facility, lynch testified the former priest raped him and molested his younger brother in a camping trip in 1975. the defense saying lynch did not cause harm to father lindner and in essence actions were justified. the prosecution admits that father lindner raped limpbl when he was seven years old but told jurors that vigilantism in a democratic
