7 news i team exposed condition that's led to a ban on foie gras that went into affect next week, many restaurants are defying that ban and serving it anyway. and some restaurants are looking for loopholes animal rights activists are looking to pounce. and they plan to protest any business that does not comply. >> they may have to divide into groups. we found two restaurants who found their way around this new law. they say because customers want this delicacy, activists what they're doing is illegal. executive chef is preparing foie gras for customers in mountain view. that is the cite the banning of the sale of the duck and geese liver pate. it's a special gift from the
