on 25 counts of sex abuse including seven counts of raping a young girl. >> garcia-fernandez is accused of repeatedly paiping a -- raping a family member between aichblgz zpif 14 years owed. his son is charged with murdering sierra lamar. the body of the 15-year-old has not been found. we are protecting the identity of garcia-fernandez now-adult victim. prosecutors say the sex assaults between 1990 and 2000 were horrific. the family learned of the accusations early on but he decided by swearing on a bible in front of the family including his young sochblt deputy district attorney says it's a common reaction. >> there will be a confrontation and during that confrontation, the abuser will deny, deny, and deny and deny. >> the victim finally came

checking healthy living news this afternoon, lingering infections in women that just won't go away could be caused by america's favorite food, chicken. overuse of antibiotics could be linked to bladder infections. that is the finding of a joint investigation. the infections are lasting longer because bacteria is more resistant. these so called super bugs are growing in chickens and being trance formed in the form of e coli. >> we're finding the same or related e coli in humans, infections and in retail meat stores but specifically chicken autos they protect healthy chickens from disease and help them grow bigger, faster. the chicken industry saying there is no study proving it transfers to human autos there is a toast to your health.
