switching bags behind her back. >> telling elderly people not to look in the bag two weeks or so, not to tell family members. >> when the victim does check the bag she finds the jewelry, the cash are gone. >> between january and may there were approximately 30 cases in san francisco. the loss was approximately $1 million of cash, jewelry combined. >> in may, police arrested three suspects as they were about to board a plane at sfo to hong kong. police say they later learned that they had also been targeting elderly chinese women in new york and boston. with arrests it appears the scam surfaced again in san francisco's chinatown n two weeks there have been five reported incidents with the same m.o.. that is why there is a video to warn chinese women they, too, can become victims. there is an agency that

>> and authorities today shut down 70 web sites selling counterfeit merchandise and homeland security officials provided this video showing some of the sow called copy cat web sites. authorities said they looked so real, most would never be able to tell them apart from the real ones. they pulled counterfeits including fake nfl jerseys and dr. dre head phones. the sites were operated from overseas and take goods for shipped into the united states. today they're covered with a banner. and saying the government seized the sites. >> should consumers in california be warned when the food they're going eat has been genetically altered? the question will come in november there is a requiring for crops with altered dna.
