her dna was found in garcia's car. police haven't found her body but they feel like they have a strong case against garcia torres. searches are on hold but if any new information surfaces, officials say they will be ready to go again. 21 year old garcia torres is eligible for the death penalty. the district attorney has not decided whether to ask for the death penalty. we are in the beginning . case expecting a plea today from the suspect. reporting live from san jose. abc 7 news. >> it is 4:32 now. a 17 year old boy faces murder charges after an argument for an on line game led to stabbing. the victim's mother accused

her son of a dale for buying marijuana. the teen grabbed a rifle and a knife and went to his friend's home to confront him. >> he had the game aimed at me and shot at my son. he ran back up the stairs and i thought they were fist fight he was stabbing the hell out of my son. the victim's mother said her son was stabbed 16 times. police caught up with the suspect at his home and arrested him after a short chase. >> the utility commission said the bus operator in friday's fatal accident was fined for past violation . natasha nolan died while returning from a brad paceley concert. party bus of santa cruz passed the march inspection. but in 2010 they were fined

and failed to perform drug testing. nolan got into a fight with another woman and the bus door opened and both fell out. nolan was run over by the bus. >> i just kind of went numb. it is sureal. i expect to get a text or something from her it is pretty hard. the driver hasn't been charged but two passengers were arrested for public intoxication. it could take weeks to determine how the accident happened. >> in san jose opening statements expected this morning in a trial to decide the merits of apple's claim that sam sung is infringing on the patent. and apple filed a lawsuit against sam sung last year alleging that the smart phone and computer tablets are

illegal knock offs off of the popular iphone and ipad products. cupertino is demanding damages. apple countered that sam sung was doing the steal. pg&e is investigating whether a kite caused out age. the initial out age knocked out power for 2200 customers and an hour and half later pg&e had restored power back to half. 26 customers are still out. a power line is confirmed to have fallen. >> two more manner manner dispensary are set to close because of federal justice pressure. it is south of market and the vapor room on 8th street were praised as models.
