the caller said someone had a stun gun and was using it on patients. the man identified as a technician assistant that worked at the center nearly 14 years, documents revealed officers confronted him the day after the phone call. and found a separate magazine with live records and nurses examined patients in his car and -- care and found sus sish shus abrasions on 12 people. a pathologist concluded they were consis stwent a taser. all reported victims have difficulty communicating one patient uttered words "stun"

and the name. malora was fired. records show in april he plead nod contest to misdemeanor possession of a loaded firearm. he got probation and a $190 fine in lieu of jail time. but malora was never charged with a taser assault which, if convicted would have given him serious prison time. the d.a.told us they won't went after him on a gun charge because ops never referred assaults for criminal prosecution. and we've learned they decided to handle the case as an administration matter. this is though two people gave his name. what is more, police only found one taser. >> there is a request for interviews were denied.
