out what happened and today sh new information released for the first time. sky 7 was over the refinery and all you can see is a team of investigators most of whom were wearing hard hats. and now, new information from the chemical safety board. today we've learned a huge vapor cloud mentioned at the start of the investigation may have developed 20 chevron worker that's workers investigators say barely escaped before the cloud went up in smoke. we've learned there has been 65 witness interviews and 75 pages of documents on the pipes provided by chevron this, part of the refunry is off limits and it is ground zero for explosions. we've learned there continues to be a slow leak, until it's built they cannot go any closer than 30 feet without

respiratory gear. >> and it's still, i think that it behooves to to take a look at this as a close call to pry to prevent things that could have been in the community we saw in this fire. >> and investigators reviewed a video that they say showed a vapor cloud engulfing the plant and workers and today, they produced photographic evidence of the same cloud taken from pier 39 at the time of the fire, health officials say the thick cloud of smoke two weeks ago dispensed small amount of particulate matter into the air.

release. >> the team that city hall assembled has been working for weeks. the visit bit president and radio problems magnify this situation and made this into a top priority. >> the system is a train wreck. >> police officers began experiencing problems july 23. and there are 100 officer as signed to handle problems. many said there are problems communicating on radios. and the chief says the cause of the problem was a cooling system broke down, causing one of three to youers to fail. officers have been complaining that the new system, installed only a year ago has been riddled with interference and

here is a live view from our east bay hills camera looking westward over the advancing marine layer. and which is down below, taking a look at live doppler 7. you can see there are low clouds and fog pressed up along the coastline. and there is right now, it's socked in there from about golden gate south ward. and there is 91 in antioch. up into north bay, there is santa rosa cooled down to 76 degrees and there is low clouds and fog tonight. cooler and we can expect cooler days and there is warmer weather by the end of the week.

and fog inland areas overnight z we do expect the fog to continue into the coastline. lows will be into 50s and low to mid-50s up in the north bay and there is upper level low to the northwest. there is this cooler pattern. let's start with south bay. mainly sunny skies below average for this time of the year. there are 78 in san jose. low to mid-70s in san mateo. cool on the coast with fog. 60s in half moon bay. downtown san francisco there is a high of 65 tomorrow and there is highs 69 in oakland.
