and he says officers are experiencing problems. >> as late as yesterday there was a radio outage and a problem on the east end of the city on friday. this won't surprise me they're having problems in the field. >> and there is a team investigating the glitches. he says they have not looked at other possible cause autos there are 16 sites that are disabled are a small fraction of sites in their network as well as other carrier autos he says the port authority police experienced this problem last fall. >> and this is finding what is wrong that may be difficult.
