questions about the founder of groupon, the chairman is distributing 18.7 million groupon shares and distributing shares to his family foundation reducing his personal stake in the company. and today's stock price is more than $77 million worth of stock and shares are down almost 85%. >> and there is a defect discovered in screens and the big question is could it delay the new iphone? sharp announced it found a problem during a drop test and that shipments will be delayed. sharp did not say which product the screens are for but it's one of the suppliers. iphone expected to be unveiled september 12th, just 12 days from now. "wall street journal" reports sharp

be had right now. cloudy conditions tonight. areas of drizzle slightly warmer tomorrow, warmer sunday and monday. and there is wide spread clouds across the bay area with pockets of showers into early morning hours. and speaking of early morning hours, low temperatures will be mainly into low to mid-50s and there is a drizzle near the coast. there is upper level low off shore heading eastward going to hold temperatures below seasonal for another day. let's take a look at what tomorrow is shaping up to look like. partly cloudy skies, and sunny skies into the south bay. highs into mid-70s. there is 75 in san jose and cupertino. 78 in los gatos.

a school district in washington state is facing tough questions. a video taken inside of a classroom shows a 13-year-old being bullied by students and the teacher seems to be in on the abuse. >> this video taken by students of a 13-year-old boy dragged around the room, and having a sock stuffed in his mouth so disturbing it's hard to imagine a student didn't jump in to stop it.

but a teacher was there, too. and they say he joined in. >> i drop my kids off, i'm dropping them off as a parent sending my kids to a school that is going to take care of them. >> this happen hd in a middle school near tacoma, washington but is just now coming to light following an investigation. at times in the video which goes on at least 15 minutes it seems the boy is playing along. but a handful of students are seen writing on his feet and holding a pillow over his face, covering him with chairs. the teacher seemingly mugs for the phone camera. >> he wanted to kill himself he said. and the kids had blamed him for this popular teacher and suspension that he received. >> rossi told abc news he's

not allowed to comment wrote a letter, i can say at the time dinot believe any of the children were at risk of harm during their interaction. nor did i view this incident as anything more than harmless childhood horse play. memos from the school district say he avoided losing his job but accepting a 10 day suspension. >> we took what we think is significant action. >> the parents say the matter has been made worse by the fact that rossi is back at another school. >> i think that someone that could allow this to happen and participate has no business being in a classroom. >> the school district tells us other parents are now expressing concerns about having this teacher back in the classroom and police are now investigating as well. looking into whether this school district handled this case properly. abc news, seattle. >> and it's unbelievable video there. in cincinnati family friends and fellow astronauts paid

linked to its drug. it was used to control morning sickness and withdrawn when linked to thousands of children born with deformed limbs. 51 years later the drug company is issuing apology and asking for forgiveness. it is still used as a treatment for other diseases. >> if you're counting calories but feel like visiting fast food restaurants you may want to factor in where the dine. a study found diners ate less with restaurants with dimmed lights and soft music playing. customers ate 18% fewer calories than people in bright, loud places and the shape of a beer glass can affect how fast you consume your beverage. people drink more quickly out of curved glasses, believed it affects how you pace yourself. people finished out of the curved glass in seven minutes compared to 11 minutes from a
