all of this because of the principal, 42-year-old eric lewis he has been principal for several years he was making $114,000 a year now on unpaid administrative leave. police accusing him of being a meth dealer they arrested him friday in san francisco in an uncover operation. some parents are surprised, saying he did not seem like that kind of person. others say they will wait until they get more information before making any kind of judgment. >> i don't know, i don't know the accusation is true or not. this kind of stuff you have to have evidence. >> reporter: lewis was arrested friday after undercover detective at a caltrain station. the detective met lewis online on a dating website, lewis agreed to give him drugs. police searched his san francisco home and say they found methamphetamine there. lewis is scheduled to have a court appearance this morning.

the enter rum principal has -- the interim principal has already taken over. katie marzullo, abc7 news. 5:03. chevron is holding a meeting tonight up-to-date residents on the investigation into last month's refinery fire. the epa is conducting a criminal investigation after learning the company was illegally releasing pollutants between 2005 and 2009 to bypass air monitors. officials are examining why chevron allowed hydrocarbon gases to bypass the monitoring equipment while being burned off. chevron corrected the bypass and paid $170,000 in fines. >> with what chevron did it was not pop to measure how much emissions occurred during the flaring. that is serious. >> i don't like deception. i think chevron is caught in between trying to make money, trying to satisfy a community and trying to make as much

money as possible. they may be skirting issues. >> chevron issued a statement saying in part, we are currently cooperating with the government's investigation protecting people and the environment are core values at chevron. tonight's meeting 6 p.m. at richmond memorial auditorium. governor brown has signed into law three bills that grew out of 2010 san bruno pipeline explosion. new laws tighten safety restrictions on natural gas pipelines, require regulators to abide by federal standards and prioritize revenue to put up grade as head of executive compensation. the bills offered by assemblyman hill was signed by governor hill's district the neighborhood -- district includes the neighborhood of the explosion in 2010.
