new york city is offering the so called morning after pill the program is called catch, stands for connecting adolescents to comprehensive health care, parents notified and given a chance to opt out. some say it's a bad idea others argue it does not encourage teen pregnancy, but prevents it we encourage them and believe it's so critical to talk with parents, not all young people can, or feel they can, they're sexually active. we're looking at how we can protect these young people from unprotected pregnancy.
